30,000 Barrels Plutonium, Potential False Flag?
Concerned Citizens For Nuclear Safety, an anti nuclear watchdog group, has reported that over 30,000 barrels of plutonium contaminated waste is being stored in tents ABOVE ground near the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
These barrels may be in danger due to a massive fire that has been quoted as, “entirely uncontained and highly unpredictable.”
Of greatest concern at Los Alamos is a part of that facility called Technical Area 55 (TA-55), which includes Plutonium Facility 4 (PF-4). Peter Stockton, a senior investigator with the Project on Government Oversight, said a fire at PF-44 would be “a fucking disaster” that could result in large and lethal releases of radiation. But some estimates of evacuation times have not been updated in decades, even as the population has increased more than ever imagined. Emergency plans would direct residents to flee on antiquated, two-lane roads that clog hopelessly at rush hour.
And evacuation zones have remained frozen at a 10-mile radius from each plant since they were set in 1978 — despite all that has happened since, including the accidents at Three Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima Dai-ichi in Japan.
Meanwhile, the dangers have increased.
More than 90 of the nation's 104 operating reactors have been allowed to run at higher power levels for many years, raising the radiation risk in a major accident. In an ongoing investigative series, the AP has reported that aging plants, their lives extended by industry and regulators, are prone to breakdowns that could lead to accidents.

Convenient Home TSA Inspections
Think you could avoid the TSA's body scanners and pat-downs by not flying, taking the train or bus, then you're wrong. The TSA wants to come to your home to complete searches on U.S. citizens even if you do not use any public transport.
"This is just the next step in our special TSA pre-crime initiative where everyone will be screened before they even embark on any type of journey. We've heard bad things about you folks who are not even travelling or avoiding public places just because you don't want your groin groped or an internal body search. Well, we have news for you, we'll be knocking on your doors at home to bodysearch you there as well," TSA head, John Lacerta Pistole, told the Washington Observer.
The new TSA rules will require the whole population including new born babies and severely handicapped people to be searched in their homes.

Refusing entry to the TSA search party could result in the search denier being detained indefinitely and moved under duress to a secret holding area.
"Remember, the next knock on your home's door could be from a group of TSA officials waiting with gloved hands to search your orifices and your families holes too. You must grant entry for these officials into your property so that they can violate your bodies with impunity. Once they have searched your bodies, you will be required to put your clothes back on and let the officials leave. You must be calm at all times and any form of agitation, anger or abuse towards our trained TSA goons will result in either tasering or forced detention. Please be aware that we will also be confiscating weapons in all American households, so leave your guns by the door and we'll take those as well as your daughter's virginity," Kevin Pedoslime, a TSA spokesman announced on all U.S. TV channels yesterday.

TEPCO Disaster In Slow Motion
Earlier this week, TEPCO tried to fill the reactor 2 containment with water. That didn't work. So, they OPENED the containment and released BILLIONS of lethal doses of radiation. Now they are wondering whether there is any water left in the bottom of the containment. Let's help them. Since the bottom of the reactor is hot enough to melt concrete, and IS melting concrete, and no steam is coming out of the reactor, here's why:
The core of Reactor 2 is still in at least intermittent fission and has melted through the bottom of the containment. Thus, there is a hole in the bottom of the reactor where the core is melting through - it's several thousand degrees down there. Water pours through holes and what doesn't boils at 212 degrees. So there is no water in the bottom of the reactor.
Then they tried to toss in some instruments but, of course, they melted - like their little helicopter and their robot - which was built to go into reactors, except no one bothered to see if it would work BEFORE IT WAS TOO LATE - which it didn't.
Now they are going to pump liquid nitrogen into the core of reactor 2. Liquid nitrogen freezes at -346 degrees F and boils at -321 degrees F. A 25 degree F difference. First, they will probably never actually get any liquid nitrogen near the core - it will boil away immediately upon being pumped into the containment (they tried it at Chernobyl - it didn't work there, either).

So, the radiation levels will probably start going down again - for at least awhile - because they can pump more water on the demon cores - until they fill up the tanks once again and have to pour it right back into the Pacific. After about a hundred years of that, the entire world will be a very different place - and your kids won't have ears. But you won't know of the danger you are facing because the NRC and EPA aren't bothering with (public) readings anymore. In fact, the EPA actually REMOVED its monitoring equipment from Boise, Idado this week. Coincidentally, Boise registered some of the highest readings of Fuksuhima radiation in America. Let me explain what these instruments are reading and how it affects you. They are reading radioactive decay. Not every particle that flies through the tube decays - we can't see the ones that don't - we can only see the ones that do decay while we are looking at them.
The input grid to a typical professional-grade Geiger-Mueller tube is about the size of a silver dollar. If 20 particles per second are decaying in that tube, twenty more are decaying in every silver-dollar-sized area within miles of that meter and you are breathing a hell of a lot more than that because the meter just reads what is falling on it - you are actually sucking in air - a LOT of it.
If the NRC told you that minor fact, everyone would suddenly realize that the radiation isn't all vacuumed up in the meter. It's all over everything. The meter just gives you a wild guess as to how soon the radiation is going to kill you. Right now, pretty slowly - but radiation is bio-accumulative. You can play around with drinking clay and bicarb and battery acid, but once that radionuclide gets in you, something breaks. I'm reading 29 counts per second which is ~.05 Rads/hr. Everytime I take a breath I get another .05. Every sip of coffee...

Let me explain what these instruments are reading and how it affects you. They are reading radioactive decay. Not every particle that flies through the tube decays - we can't see the ones that don't - we can only see the ones that do decay while we are looking at them.
The input grid to a typical professional-grade Geiger-Mueller tube is about the size of a silver dollar. If 20 particles per second are decaying in that tube, twenty more are decaying in every silver-dollar-sized area within miles of that meter and you are breathing a hell of a lot more than that because the meter just reads what is falling on it - you are actually sucking in air - a LOT of it.
If the NRC told you that minor fact, everyone would suddenly realize that the radiation isn't all vacuumed up in the meter. It's all over everything. The meter just gives you a wild guess as to how soon the radiation is going to kill you. Right now, pretty slowly - but radiation is bio-accumulative. At last, some good news for polar bears. The world is about to enter a mini Ice Age. Scientists working for the American Astronomical Society are predicting a significant drop in solar activity over the next decade.

The new plan is designed to insulate refuges from environmental court challenges in the wake of a lawsuit recently won by PEER and other groups which halted GE agriculture in all Northeastern refuges.
The national blitz of official filings is intended to remove a perceived barrier to the export of American GE crops – U.S. restrictions on growing GE crops on National Wildlife Refuges. Under a U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS operates the refuges) policy, GE crops are banned from refuges unless determined to be “essential” to refuge operations. Countries leery of importing U.S. bio-engineered food have cited the policy as one basis for their concern.
Rather than overturn this FWS “Biological Integrity” policy outright, the White House has embarked on a region-by-region approach to file environmental paperwork justifying GE agriculture on –
31 refuge units across 8 Midwestern states;
25 refuges units in 12 Southeastern states; and
17 refuges in the 8-state Mountain Prairie Region.
The proposal for the Midwestern Refuges would allow more than 20,000 acres to be cultivated with no limits on how many acres could be GE crops. The public comment deadline for that plan is today. In its comments, PEER argues that the GE operations risk harm to wildlife, refuge plants and soil, while contending that there is no refuge purpose for which GE crops are essential, as required by FWS policy.
“These plans are based on the curious notion that wildlife benefit from having the small slivers of habitat set aside for them covered by genetically engineered soybeans,” stated PEER Executive Director Jeff Ruch, noting the Midwest refuges are already surrounded by row crops, most of which are now GE. “To boost U.S. exports, the Obama administration is forcing wildlife refuges into political prostitution.
NOTE: The big dollars are pulling puppet strings ever where. The only way we can kill GMO's is to be vigilant about not buying one product with any GMO's in it, and supporting large groups with financial clout that can stop such criminal intrusion onto our lands.

Gundersen's assessment of solving this crisis is grim.
"Units one through three have nuclear waste on the floor, the melted core, that has plutonium in it, and that has to be removed from the environment for hundreds of thousands of years," he said. "Somehow, robotically, they will have to go in there and manage to put it in a container and store it for infinity, and that technology doesn't exist. Nobody knows how to pick up the molten core from the floor, there is no solution available now for picking that up from the floor."
Dr Sawada says that the creation of nuclear fission generates radioactive materials for which there is simply no knowledge informing us how to dispose of the radioactive waste safely.
"Until we know how to safely dispose of the radioactive materials generated by nuclear plants, we should postpone these activities so as not to cause further harm to future generations," he explained. "To do otherwise is simply an immoral act, and that is my belief, both as a scientist and as a survivor of the Hiroshima atomic bombing."
Gundersen believes it will take experts at least ten years to design and implement the plan.

Japanese authorities have admitted the crisis at the Fukushima nuclear plant in March may have been worse than a core meltdown.
In an official report that will go to the UN's nuclear watchdog, Japan says nuclear fuel in three reactors possibly melted through several pressure vessels and into the earth below.
As North Asia correspondent Mark Willacy reports, a so-called melt-through is the worst outcome in a nuclear accident.
NOTE: Nothing has changed since March 11. The melt through happened. It is the worst possible scenario in a nuclear accident. The only difference is that their government finally admitted it.

Italy Says NO To Nukes
Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi waved goodbye to nuclear power as Ministry of the Interior figures confirmed that the turnout for a national referendum was sufficient to repeal a law setting out plans for new plants.
According to Reuters, figures from the Interior Ministry showed turnout was running at 57 per cent with some 98 per cent of the vote counted. For any referendum verdict to be legally accepted, a quorum of 50 per cent plus one of the Italian population must be reached.
With exit polls indicating that 94 per cent of voters in the nuclear referendum voted against Enel's plans to build four Areva EPRs, Berlusconi's nuclear ambitions appeared to be thwarted.
Berlusconi, facing mounting problems since heavy local election losses last month, appeared to concede defeat at least in the nuclear referendum when he told a news conference the vote had probably ended prospects for atomic energy in Italy.
"Following the decision the Italian people are taking at this moment, we must probably say goodbye to the possibility of nuclear power stations and we must strongly commit ourselves to renewable energy," he said.
NOTE: My guess is that the French will be the last ones to give up on Nukes, they have been there so long and there is a long, dark history of polluting Lebanon beaches with the depleted nuclear waste. Why change now?

Radioactive Fukushima Cement
De facto loosening of standards in radioactive safety is coming fast and furious over in Japan. Shock and awe, sort of.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) is going to allow radioactive sewage sludge to be recycled as cement materials. Starting with the sludge with several hundred becquerels per kilogram of cesium, and gradually expand to the sludge with higher radiation as long as it is "confirmed "safe".
You see, the cement industry is suffering. We've got to help them. The local governments are being flooded with radioactive sewage sludge, We've got to help them. Spread the radiation far and wide, and it will be "safe".
It must be a shock to many Japanese to finally realize that the government ministries are for the benefit of the industries and the ministries themselves, not the citizens and residents of Japan. This is just another proof that the safety and security of the industries ( in the MLIT's case, big ones like construction, railroad, aerospace) is the primary concern of the government, at the expense of "small people".

Coal-fired plants historically have been one of the cheapest ways to generate electricity, but operating costs are expected to increase significantly because of upgrades needed on older plants to meet new environmental regulations. In today’s “modern” globalist economy, we have relied upon centralized and highly manipulated trade, forced interdependency, senseless and undisciplined consumption, endless debt creation, welfare addiction, and the erosion of quality, as a means to sustain a system that ultimately is DESIGNED to erode our freedoms not to mention our ability to effectively take care of ourselves. We have been infantized by our financial environment. In the near future, those who wish to live beyond a meager staple of government handouts (if any are even given) will be required to make a 180 degree reversal from their current lifestyle of dependency and immediate gratificatingon towards one of self sufficiency, personal entrepreneurship, quality trade, and a mindset of necessity, rather than unfounded excess.

hunting capabilities

As the U.S. economy collapses, the thin veneer of civilization that we all take for granted is going to begin to disappear. In fact, many Chicago residents are now referring to "the Magnificent Mile" as "the Mug Mile". But it isn't just in Chicago that this is happening. During this past Memorial Day weekend, cities all over the United States experienced a stunning wave of mass violence. We are supposed to be an "example" for the rest of the world, but as our economic wealth crumbles we are witnessing the collapse of society all around us. So what is going to happen when the economy gets even worse?
The United States used to be a fairly civilized society. But now very few people seem to care how they treat others. That is even the case with our own government. As you will see below, the government is now sending SWAT teams in and dragging people out of their homes over unpaid student loans.

For the last few years the American people have waited patiently for our politicians to "fix things", but they have not gotten the job done.
Instead, our economic situation is still declining.
So now frustration is starting to boil over, and it is only going to get worse.

Though he emphasized “There is no risk, however, that it could cause a form of plague,” Karch added that plague DNA sequences make the superbug “particularly pathogenic.”

Radiation be damned. We're in this together, like it or not!
There are many events throughout Japan to promote goods, including fresh produce, from the area first affected by the March 11 earthquake/tsunami and then by "baseless rumors" (aka radioactive materials) that the vegetables and food items from the area are contaminated with radioactive materials.
Some events are organized by the government ministries and agencies, others by the prefectural or local governments. There are many by private businesses, and here's one of them, as happily reported by a newspaper in Fukushima.
ALSOK Group called on its 35,000 employees nationwide to purchase vegetables grown in Fukushima, in order to help farmers in Fukushima who suffer "baseless rumors (風評)" [that their vegetables are contaminated with radioactive materials]. Nearly 500 orders came, and as the first shipment, JA Shirakawa packed vegetables grown in Shirakawa. There are many events throughout Japan to promote goods, including fresh produce, from the area first affected by the March 11 earthquake/tsunami and then by "baseless rumors" (aka radioactive materials) that the vegetables and food items from the area are contaminated with radioactive materials.
Some events are organized by the government ministries and agencies, others by the prefectural or local governments. There are many by private businesses, and here's one of them, as happily reported by a newspaper in Fukushima.
ALSOK Group called on its 35,000 employees nationwide to purchase vegetables grown in Fukushima, in order to help farmers in Fukushima who suffer "baseless rumors (風評)" [that their vegetables are contaminated with radioactive materials]. Nearly 500 orders came, and as the first shipment, JA Shirakawa packed vegetables grown in Shirakawa. Peru’s government has approved a moratorium on the importation of genetically altered organisms. The moratorium will ban transgenic seeds from the country for 10 years.They stand in contrast to Brazil that has been making motions to speed up the acceptance of GMOs. The move was not unanimous, however, some legislators pointed out that people are already consuming transgenic foods without apparent harm.

Date City in Fukushima Prefecture announced on June 9 that they will distribute portable dosimeters to all children in the city's elementary schools and middle schools, kindergartens and nursery schools to calm the fear of the parents of children in school age. There are about 8,000 such children. The program will start in early July. In Fukushima Prefecture, Kawamata-machi will also distribute dosimeters to all of their elementary/middle school children and kindergartners (1,500 children). Part of Kawamata-machi is designated as "planned evacuation zone".

The unborn and babies are more vulnerable because the cells are rapidly dividing and the delivered dose is proportionally larger than that delivered to an adult.

They are also interested in helping build and finance a fertilizer plant near American Falls, an idea company officials returned to Idaho this month to pursue.
This ambitious, long-term proposal would start with a manufacturing and warehouse zone tied to the airport, and could signify a shift in the economic relationship between the two superpowers — a relationship once defined by U.S. companies like the J.R. Simplot Co., Hewlett-Packard and Morrison-Knudsen that would head to China to build and develop.

German E Coli By Design?
While strolling the net, I hear a lot of buzz lately about how dirty organic processing is because free-range cattle poop on the ground where plants are grown that people eat, and that all organic seeds should be irradiated to kill the deadly e-coli pathogens inherent in this system. That is the spin, based on half-truths and outright lies. The truth is, organic farming has proven to be safer and healthier than its factory farm cousins. Poop from organic, free-range cows that lands on the soil is not the problem.
I grow my veggies in organic poop, and have never been sick from a head of cabbage, bean sprout, or beet. So, either this latest “threat” in the form of e-coli was a concocted event intended to lead to the eradication of organics or simply an advantageous situation that is being exploited by the powers that be. Either way, here is a possible anticipated outcome:
What if the deadly e-coli outbreak in Germany that was blamed on organic sprouts with no direct proof, but through circumstantial evidence only, was instituted as part of a deliberate campaign to sway public opinion in favor of compliance with Codex regulations and to call for the irradiation of organic seeds?
Whether the contamination came from the water, seeds, was genetically engineered in a lab specifically for this purpose, or was a natural and unreported product of the genetic engineering process and high rate of GM contamination we are currently experiencing, makes no difference at this point to the people, and I use that term lightly, who are taking advantage of every situation to turn it to their favor and make a fast buck off others’ misery.
NOTE: Living rurally, it's impossible to stretch my imagine to believe that people actually believe that organic compost or manure is somehow unhealthy. Until industrial farming took over to contaminate and poison the earth, crops and people with toxic chemicals, all farming was done using natural, organic imputs. In other words, composted, or aged manures of various types, along with everything that is compostable.
Personally, for our garden we use a combination of goat, horse, llama manure mixed with urine soak straw. This ages and then is applied to the soil. We don't till. In just a season or two the most gorgeous, fertile soil is created using only what is readily available on most farm type properties.
It's a circle.
You eat organic produce from your garden, the trimmings and "waste" is given to the goats, chickens, horses and they in turn provide manure that is used for compost to be applied to the garden. Efficient and really nothing tastes better than fresh from the garden. Please don't fall for the nonsense that using nature's remedies creates problems. It doesn't.

Strontium 290 x Higher Groundwater Fuku
- Radioactive contamination from the stricken nuclear power facility Fukushima has worsened, the operators Tepco warned Sunday, with probes of groundwater turning up traces of strontium that were 240 times above the allowable maximum limit.

Ministry Of "Truth"
It sounds like such an innocent idea, one rooted in "fairness" and wrapped in good intentions. An internet "ministry of truth," run either by the federal government or the United Nations, to protect against "misinformation and rumors" that find their way to the information superhighway.
Such an agency "would have to be an independent federal agency that no president could countermand or anything else because people wouldn't think you were just censoring the news and giving a different falsehood out."
Clinton's call for this new federal agency comes on the heels of similar rantings by a man named Cass Sunstein, the Obama administration's info-czar, who all Web sites should be forced to link to opposing viewpoints or contain pop-ups filled with government information.
George Orwell must be laughing in his grave; our founding fathers must be rolling over in theirs.

Recent data released by Dimitar Ouzounov and colleagues from the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland highlights some strange atmospheric anomalies over Japan just days before the massive earthquake and tsunami struck on March 11.
Seemingly inexplicable and rapid heating of the ionosphere directly above the epicenter reached a maximum only three days prior to the quake, according to satellite observations, suggesting that directed energy emitted from transmitters used in the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) may have been responsible for inducing the quake
Some would argue that HAARP is not capable of producing such frequencies, especially at the power levels that would be required to induce a massive earthquake like the 9.0+ that occurred in Japan. But testimony by various governments says otherwise.
On April 28, 1997, then US Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen gave an important keynote address at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and US Strategy at the University of Georgia in Athens. When asked a question about terrorism, Cohen had this to say as part of his response about the type of technology that existed, even back then:
"Others are engaging even in an eco-type terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves"
Also, readings from the HAARP Induction Magnetometer, which visualizes the frequency spectrum of signals detected in the earth's geomagnetic field, show that a steady, ultra-low frequency (ULF) of roughly 2.5 Hz was being broadcast days before the earthquake. The 2.5 Hz ULF happens to be the exact same frequency as the natural resonance produced by an earthquake -- and since there were no constant earthquakes occurring on the days before the quake as the HAARP Induction Magnetometer appeared to indicate, the logical conclusion is that the signal was being broadcast to induce the quake

The disaster is occurring the opposite way than Chernobyl, which exploded and stopped the reaction. At Fukushima, the reactions are getting worse. I suspect three nuclear piles are in meltdown and we will probably get some of it.
If reactor 3 is in meltdown, the concrete under the containment looks like lava. But Fukushima is not far off the water table. When that molten mass of self-sustaining nuclear material gets to the water table it won’t simply cool down. It will explode –not a nuclear explosion, but probably enough to involve the rest of the reactors and fuel rods at the facility.
Pouring concrete on a critical reactor makes no sense — it will simply explode and release more radioactive particulate matter. The concrete will melt and the problem will get worse. Chernobyl was different — a critical reactor exploded and stopped the reaction. At Fukushima, the reactor cores are still melting down. The ONLY way to stop that is to detonate a ~10 kiloton fission device inside each reactor containment vessel and hope to vaporize the cores. That’s probably a bad solution.
A nuclear meltdown is a self-sustaining reaction. Nothing can stop it except stopping the reaction. And that would require a nuclear weapon. In fact, it would require one in each containment vessel to merely stop what is going on now. But it will be messy.
Fukushima was waiting to happen because of the placement of the emergency generators. If they had not all failed at once by being inundated by a tsunami, Fukushima would not have happened as it did – although it WOULD still have been a nuclear disaster. Every containment in the world is built to withstand a Magnitude 6.9 earthquake; the Japanese chose to ignore the fact that a similar earthquake had hit that same general area in 1896.
Anyway, here is the information that the US doesn’t seem to want released. And here is a chart that might help with perspective.

Every containment in the world is built to withstand a Magnitude 6.9 earthquake; the Japanese chose to ignore the fact that a similar earthquake had hit that same general area in 1896.

Sobering Fukushima Health Impacts World
Science has long studied the effects of stress, extreme disasters, and imminent death on the actions and thought process of those working on-scene, as well as those living in the surrounding area. The danger of radiation is that it is undetectable, and when faced with a threat that exceeds understanding and imagination, the majority of the those affected have trouble believing the threat is real.
Radiation affects the body directly through the tissue, muscles, bones, and other organs in the body. The most terrifying aspect of radiation is that it destroys and mutates DNA in the human body, destroying what makes an individual “human” -- including the unique strand of DNA that sets you apart from all of the other carbon-based life-forms on the earth today. Low-level radiation promotes the slow release of ‘free radicals’, or unstable molecules. Production of the most common, oxygen free radicals, is increased by protracted exposure to the radioactivity of ingested fission products. Oxygen free radicals (unstable oxygen molecules with an extra electron) are attracted to the membranes of cells, which they then disable.
At Chernobyl, there was less than 150 tons of waste entombed in the final sarcophagus. More than half of the Caesium-137 released in the explosion was carried in the atmosphere to other European nations. At Fukushima it is estimated there is close to 10,000 tons of melted corium constantly working to escape the control of TEPCO and the workers on-site.

Fukushima Has Changed Our Lives
Dr Ernest Sternglass of University of Pittsburg presented the following infant mortality rate for the Pacific states, following chernobyl fallout in May 1986, just one month after Chernobyl:
* May 1986 54% increase infant mortality in Washington state
* May 1986 48% increase infant mortality in California compared to previous June
* June 1986 245% increase deaths per thousand live births in Washington state
* June 1986 900% increse infant mortality rate per live births in Massachusetts
These problems will face those who inhale or ingest even the smallest particle of radioactive material:
* premature births
* increased deaths after live births
* increased infant pneumonia & influenza
* increased leukemia
* increased learning defects
* increased thyroid cancer
* increased breast cancer
* immune deficiency disorders
* increased chronic degenerative disorders
When you hear the news or some Nuclear or Health Official telling you that "only extremely low levels of radiation have been detected and therefore there is no need to be concerned, there is no health threat to the American public."
Do not be comforted by this false sense of security. The first part of the statement is true, but the remainder is false.
It's not the loud noise that break glass molecules, it's the frequency.
It's not the strong microwave levels that cause cellular damage, it's the frequency
It's not the strong wireless signal that causes cellular damage, it's the vibrational frequency.
It's not just high levels of radiation that cause damage, extreme low levels of radiation do too.
In 1972 Dr Abram Petkau discovered that low levels of radiation, over a longer period of time, were more damaging than higher doses over a short period of time.

TSA Wants To Ban Checkpoint Photography
The Transportation Security Administration is considering changing its policy on photographing security checkpoints after several videos depicting questionable incidents between passengers and TSA screeners were posted on Youtube.
News of the possible changes in policy was posted Friday on the TSA Blog, the same blog that posted that it is permissible to photograph checkpoints, even though most screeners act as if it has always been illegal.
The reason it is considering changing its policy stems from a Youtube video that was recorded in Phoenix when a woman opted-out of the metal detectors and chose to get patted down by a TSA screener.
The woman began yelling hysterically that she had been molested by the screener.
Meanwhile, the woman’s son was recording the incident and continued to do so, even though several TSA screeners told him he was breaking the law.
It is impossible to tell whether the woman was molested in the video, but it’s clear that the TSA screeners were creating their own laws in dealing with the videographer - as they’ve done so many times before.
NOTE: Just as Texas started pending legislation to ban TSA in their state, each state can evict them. However, states are buckling to terrorism threats from TSA. We must reject physical assault.

All 54 of Japan’s nuclear reactors may be shut by next April, adding more than $30 billion a year to the country’s energy costs, if communities object to plant operating plans due to safety concerns, trade ministry officials said on Wednesday.
Since the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, which triggered a radiation crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi plant north of Tokyo, concern among local authorities has kept nuclear generators from restarting at least four reactors that had been expected to come online after routine maintenance and inspection.
Several more reactors have since shut for regular maintenance, slashing Japan’s nuclear generating capacity to just 7,580 megawatts, or only 36 per cent of its registered nuclear capacity.
Although a reactor is legally cleared for restart once it receives approval from the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, a trade ministry watchdog, nuclear operators always seek local government approvals as well, for the support from the community around the plant.
NOTE: This would be the intelligent and compassionate remedy for Japan and the world. Now will greed prevail or intelligence?

NAIS
NOTE: This legislation has been twisting and turning for several years. Most recently all funding was taken away, but apparently it keeps rearing it's ugly head. Now, ask yourself why would the government want to control all individuals "food" animals. Yet it does nothing to control CAFO animals. One CAFO with 10,000 animals would have only 1 ID.
Post A Video & Go To Jail? New Legislation Proposal?
However, IF this law comes into effect, there is a work around that will make things much harder to suppress. Each You Tube or other entity that wants to make a video available would provide the actual LINK to the video, rather than the embedded code, and a person would then download the VIDEO FILE to their site.
They would then be looking at it on the original site, instead of another Blog etc. The law doesn't say one can't look at videos.
Have the best brains ever really been content to be confined by rules?

GMO Alters Our Bodies
There are no human clinical trials of genetically engineered foods. The only published human feeding experiment revealed that genetic material inserted into GE soy transfers into the DNA of bacteria living inside our intestines and continues to function. Even after we stop eating GE foods, we may still have the GE proteins produced continuously inside us.
As the Institute for Responsible Technology has noted, the genetic engineering process creates massive collateral damage, causing mutations in hundreds or thousands of locations throughout the plant’s DNA. Natural genes can be deleted or permanently turned on or off, and hundreds may change their behavior. Even the inserted gene can be damaged or rearranged, and may create proteins that can trigger allergies or promote disease.
The idea of having genetically engineered genes permanently living inside our guts has staggering implications:
* If the antibiotic gene inserted into most GM crops were to transfer, it could create antibiotic-resistant diseases.
* Bt toxins (Bacillus thuringiensis) inserted into GM food crops to kill pests are reaching the bloodstreams of 93% of women and 80% of unborn babies because of the consumption of meat, milk, and eggs from livestock fed GE corn. This could turn bacteria in our intestines into pesticide factories.
* Animal studies show that DNA in food can travel into organs throughout the body, even into the fetus.
And we’ve seen cross-species transfer of DNA happen before. A significant percentage of human DNA is actually viral DNA that became part of us over 40 million years ago. There is concern that virally transmitted DNA may cause mutations and psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and mood disorders. GE organisms may exacerbate this phenomenon.
Genetically engineered food genes transferring to our own genes could lead to problems like leaky gut syndrome:

Testimony Of Fukushima Mother
Please could you explain to us mothers who do not have much education. We are not from that elite like you who graduated from Tokyo university, Kyoto university, Keio and Waseda universities are living in Fukushima. We graduated only junior high or high schools. But the wish of mothers who want to protect the lives of own children is the same wherever you are in Japan, in the world… in Japan or in the world. We do not want elite like you who live in comfort in a safe place to decide the fate of our children.
Bring your headquarters to Fukushima. Move the Ministry of Education and Science to 10km from Fukushima Daiichi!
Do you know our feeling why we remain in Fukushima? We cannot leave that place. We have lived in the area since we were born. Children, grandmothers and grandfathers….. they can not leave their home place. There are many grandmothers and fathers who died on the day they were evacuated. You have done such a cruel thing to us, furthermore, you tell us we got “the figure”. Do not make a joke!
Are you buying human lives with the figure? Can such a thing be accepted?

In the US there are thousands of Vietnam Veterans suffering from illnesses and disabilities, as are their children, contact the various veterans' organisations in the US.
In Vietnam there are near to four million such victims, of all ages, many not able to be treated in a hospital or a clinic. Many live at home, in small towns and communes throughout the country. These tragic victims and their parents need our help and the help of your company that made profits running into $billions in manufacturing Agent Orange.
On leaving the peace village I would have asked your colleague in Ho Chi Minh City: "what does it feel like working for a company that has caused this to happen to the children of your country? I ask you the same question. Yes Mr Nively, there are many American children suffering from Agent Orange.

Extremely High Radiation
An extremely high radiation level – approximately 4,000 millisieverts per hour – has been detected in the first reactor of the Fukushima nuclear power plant on Saturday.
According to Itar-Tass news agency, the radiation level surge might be caused by a spew of hot steam coming from a damaged pipe in the system; the steam’s temperature reaches 50 degrees Centigrade.
According to the Japanese scientists the normal radiation level emergency crew can be exposed to makes 250 millisieverts per year, and the normal radiation level for a person does not exceed one millisievert per year.
TEPCO representatives were quoted as saying that the data was obtained through a US robot device. At the moment specialists are in the first reactor of the nuclear power plant as the high radiation level aggravates the work of the emergency crew
