Bill To Kick Off Internment Camps

'Strangely enough, that seems to be what has been happening in Western democracies over the past 10 years. Take the USA for example. That there is a power-hungry elite in control of the USA should, by now, be obvious to anyone with a few firing neurons. George 'Dubya' Bush made no secret of his desire to be dictator, and over the past few years Obama has made several references to wanting to "bypass congress" and just "change the laws on my own".

As for Congress and the Senate, their endorsement of legislation like the USA PATRIOT Act and the recent 'Indefinite Detention bill' within the NDAA, make it obvious that they are only too happy to go along with the transformation of America into a fully-fledged police state at home, and an ever-expanding empire abroad.'

Club Fema Locations Near You?

'There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they mostly empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.'

Is A Democratic Dictatorship Possible?

The grim face of totalitarianism is emerging in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) now before Congress. This bill is the last mile post on America’s sad, well-traveled road to the butcher shop of dictatorship. We have been headed that way for some time and, with a little help from Congress, we’ll arrive there shortly, putting an ugly end to the American experiment. The Senate December 1st passed the bill by a vote of 93-7.

In the name of “defense,” NDAA underwrites $662-billion for continued U.S. aggression in our many foreign wars while, on the domestic front, it incinerates the last surviving shreds of the Bill of Rights. According to the American Civil Liberties Union(ACLU), it authorizes presidents “to order the military to pick up and imprison people, including U.S. citizens, without charging them or putting them on trial.” So much for Amendment VI to our Constitution that “the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial.”

Just destroying your protection against arbitrary arrest and imprisonment means the bill’s authors Senators Carl Levin of Michigan and John McCain of Arizona don’t have to bother with junking anything else. Once you’re imprisoned you won’t need any other “stinkin’ rights.”'

Carl Levin Reveals Pres Obama Required US Citizens Included In Indefinite Detainment Bill

Here is Senator Levin on the floor of the Senate revealing it was Obama himself who Demanded U.S. Citizens be part of the Indefinite Detainment Bill!

Please see the video of Carl Levin on the Senate floor revealing it was President Obama who required that the wording of U.S. citizens be part of the indefinite detainment bill. I have written two other emails about this to you.

Again I am asking that the State of Tennessee, PLEASE pass a bill that will not allow the U.S. Federal Government and military to do renditions/take/arrest any U.S. Citizen/Tennessee citizen as per the Constitution of the United States that gives U.S. Citizens rights.

This would be the most important bill the State of Tennessee would ever pass in my opinion. It would show that the State of Tennessee stands up for it's state citizens and stands up for the Constitution of the United States.

We the Citizens of the United States should have the most basic rights as written in our bill of rights!

Are you going to let President Obama and the Washington D.C. officials take away those basic rights for the U.S./Tennessee Citizens?

Detainment Camps Go Live Recruiting

For the better part of two decades FEMA detention camps were believed to be a figment of tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists. As more information over the years has been made available through alternative news researchers like Alex Jones in his full length documentary Police State 4 and former governor Jesse Venutra's FEMA camp exposé, it is becoming increasingly clear that the government has been taking steps for quite some time to ensure a rapid and effective response in the event of a national disaster or U.S. military deployment on American soil.

As many of our readers know, the U.S. Senate recently passed the National Defense Authorization Act, which, it has been argued, authorizes the establishment of domestic war zones and the subsequent detention of those who are suspected of engaging in terrorist-related activity – including, arguably, U.S. citizens. What you may not know, however, is that just days after the passage of the act reports are surfacing that the Federal Emergency Management Agency, under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security, is requisitioning private contractors to provide services for government, defense & infrastructure pertaining specifically to FEMA activities with respect to emergency services.

At first glance, this may seem like no big deal. Why shouldn't the government prepare for emergencies?

However, a review of an email made available through Info Wars from Kellogg, Brown & Root Services (KBR), a subsidiary of mega government contractor Haliburton, notes that the contracting opportunities available through the government and KBR are specifically for "temporary camp services and facilities."

Key Excerpts from the email and Project Overview:

Kellogg, Brown and Root Services (KBR) is seeking subscontractors on a national basis to provide temporary camp services and facilities as part of its current and future emergency services contracts for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and state/local government agencies.
The continental US will be broken up into five regions – Services will be required in each State within each region.
Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses. Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment. Supply lines needed must be short but not necessarily pre-positioned.
The personnel on site to be covered by these services will depend on the size and scope of the recovery effort, but for estimating purposes the camp will range in size from 301 to 2,000 persons for up to 30 days in length.

The full RFI from KBR is available for your perusal via SHTFplan and details, among other things, the host of services that are required for temporary camp facilities:

Catering Services
Temporary Fencing and Barricades
Hand Washing Stations
Laundry Services
Medical Services
Office Trailers / Administration Areas
Potable Water
Power Generation, Fuel Delivery / Supply and Electrical Distribution
Refuse Collection
Shower and Toilet
Tentage, Flooring, Electrical & HVAC
Waste Water Removal

For all intents and purposes, FEMA / DHS is now activating camps across the nation – in all 50 states – and ramping them up for detainment if and when the need arises.

Security, while not mentioned in the KBR release, is an issue addressed previously under guidance of the U.S. military. In an August 2009 report we highlighted that the Army is Hiring for Internment/Resettlement Specialists, in which we noted:

It seems that the US Government is preparing for a high volume of military prisoners. We suspect these will not be foreign nationals, as we either kill them or detain them outside of the USA. So, one must conclude that these corrections, interment and resettlement specialists will be supervising US citizens. The military is calling them internment camps or resettlement camps. Back in World War II they were called by a different name.

Additionally, we have learned over the last couple of years that FEMA has requisitioned manufacturers for 140 Million Packets of Food, Blankets, and Body Bags, while the U.S. military is Actively War Gaming ‘Large Scale Economic Breakdown’ and ‘Civil Unrest’ which includes training for over 20,000 US military personnel for contingencies that may include riots and/or mass detentions.

Are FEMA Camps For Illegals?

'Illegal immigration is a very emotional subject, especially in the border states that are most affected. Illegal immigrants are easy scapegoats for politicians to pin their failures on for budget problems, the violent ramifications of the drug war, the lack of jobs for Americans, etc.

Hardliners want to arrest and deport all illegals and build a fence to keep them out, while sympathizers seek a path to citizenship. On both sides, politicians use extreme rhetoric to divide the public into their respective camps. The hardliners, who seem to be winning public opinion in areas along the border, attempt to dehumanize illegal immigrants, much like they do with any perceived enemy during war.

This is done because it's easier for the public to then accept a wide variety of inhumane treatment for this population group. It happened in 1942 when about 110,000 Japanese living in America were brought to internment camps because the attack on Pearl Harbor and war propaganda made them appear dangerous to the public. 62% of those interned were American citizens.'

Are US FEMA Camps Gearing Up For Occupancy?

Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled “Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements,” the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.'

Are Americans In Line For Gitmo?

Ambiguous but alarming new wording tucked into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and just passed by the Senate is reminiscent of the “extraordinary measures” introduced by the Nazis after they took power in 1933.

And the relative lack of reaction so far calls to mind the oddly calm indifference with which most Germans watched the erosion of the rights that had been guaranteed by their own constitution. As one German writer observed, “With sheepish submissiveness we watched it unfold, as if from a box at the theater.”

The writer was Sebastian Haffner (real name Raimund Pretzel), a young German lawyer worried at what he saw in 1933 in Berlin but helpless to stop it since, as he put it, the German people “collectively and limply collapsed, yielded, and capitulated.”

“The result of this millionfold nervous breakdown,” wrote Haffner at the time, “is the unified nation, ready for anything, that is today the nightmare of the rest of the world.” Not a happy analogy.

The Senate bill, in effect, revokes an 1878 law known as the Posse Comitatus Act, which banned the Army from domestic law enforcement after the military had been used — and often abused — in that role during Reconstruction. Ever since then, that law has been taken very seriously — until now. Military officers have had their careers brought to an abrupt halt by involving federal military assets in purely civilian criminal matters.

Fakebook Is CIA Spy Tool

'According to CIA Open Source Center (OSC) director Doug Naquin, a team of “vengeful librarians” have the task of studying networks and media outlets that are open to contributions made by individuals across the world, the Associated Press reported.

Social media such as Facebook, Twitter, TV news channels, internet chat rooms, local radio stations, and newspapers are closely monitored, in order to draw a semi-realistic picture of “the mood of a region” at a given time of importance for the US.

Naquin says that any tweet in any given language, regardless of its significance, is closely looked at by analysts. They then cross-reference it with local newspapers or even a “clandestinely interrupted phone conversation.”'

NOTE: Who are they kidding? Most Tweets are about as interesting, as "going to the store today XOXO"

Are Feds Deliberately Hindering Crisis Operations?

THE US GOVERNMENT DID NOT FAIL ITS MISSION
IN THE WAKE OF HURRICANE KATRINA
Analysis by G. Edward Griffin, updated 2005 September 30

There has been widespread criticism of the response of US officials to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans in 2005. The tone of these complaints is that the authorities failed to do their job quickly enough. Some commentators have said this is a racial issue, claiming that the government would have acted more promptly if the majority of victims had been white instead of black. Others have said it was an issue of the rich against the poor, the oil companies against the consumers, the land developers and contractors seeking to force people out of the city so they can rebuild without interference at taxpayers' expense. Democrats have said the problem is that Republicans were in control, and Republicans are indifferent to the plight of the common man.

In news coverage of this tragedy, the most significant events often were buried beneath a blanket of heart-wrenching stories of personal survival, scenes of awesome destruction, reports of looting, and interviews with experts. However, the key to understanding can be found in the following list of news headlines, most of which did not make it into mainstream coverage.

These reports make it clear that the government did not fail to respond in a timely fashion. The problem was that it did respond - but in such a way as to actually hinder rescue operations. There were too many instances for this to be merely a mistake or a bureaucratic snafu. There is a clear pattern here that cannot be denied. Why this should be so will be discussed in a moment, but first, here is the amazing record.

It Takes FEMA To Make A Disaster Worse

I do not blame the drought for all the wild fires in north Texas. Blame it on bureaucratic incompetence in the highest levels in the US Government. Everything the government touches turns to crap. The very government that fouled up after hurricane Katrina creating more havoc and chaos than the hurricane itself. This government hurts more than helps. Thanks to the Endangered Species Act and the help of some environmental groups putting little rats on the list of endangered species has hindered efforts of thinning the forest of dead brush to keep down the spread of wildfires.

How can Rick Perry cheer that FEMA coming to save the day? This agency is coming to save us from the wild fires in Texas? FEMA has so much common sense it would not surprise me if that drop gasoline on the fires and not water. Instead of the Texas national guard being at home to assist helping to battle the blazes to contain the fires.

They are not in Texas, but in Iraq fighting wars for Israel and the bankers. Not to mention I remember when firefighters were burnt to death from a forest fire because some idiot with a government desk job would not approve a helicopter to drop a large bucket in the lake to disperse on the flames. This incompetent buffoon was more worried about the fish in the lake than the lives of the firefighters. as a result of no water being dropped to make a path so these firefighters can escape harms way. The gave thier lives to save the fish.

The States need to keep the Federal government out, people should not be harassed for clearing the dead brush off their land and thinning the woods to protect some rodent or beetle. If anyone thinks FEMA will come to save the day battle these wild fires. I think the Little rascals with Alfalfa in charge can do a better job than the Federal government. The states are far more capable on its own to put out the fires if they use common sense.

Asking the Federal government to help put out wild fires is like putting Al Capone in charge of the FBI to stop organized crime. These out of control blazes would be contained much easier if there was none of these ridicules laws like the endangered species act and the EPA standing in the way.

If property owners are allowed to clear the land of dead foliage, putting American to work out in the forest thinning the dry brush. We would not be in this situation and the flames might have not gotten out of control, In the name of saving the field mice, Texas will burn many days more because of government red tape.

NOTE: That fiasco of the helicopters being refused was in Washington state. There were trapped firefighters that needed support, which was denied by the FEMA desk jockey. Several people died.
