'A Taser was discharged a number of times at a man who later died in Cumbria, the police watchdog said.
Pepper spray was also used when Cumbria Police attempted to arrest a man at a flat in Hartington Street, Barrow, at 18:30 BST on Tuesday. Dale Burns, 27, was taken to hospital where his condition deteriorated and he was later pronounced dead.'
NOTE: These murders by brutal police must be stopped. The only way is to hold the individual accountable and law suits against Taser International, the manufacturer. They recently lost a $9 million dollar suit. Not too many of those will give them a financial tasering.
