Today we talk of geo-politics and the freedom of information. But what is happening today technically (i.e. politically) began on 12 December 2008, though some say September of that year, but it took four years for the shock waves to reach Europe and America.
The issue relates to Julian Assange, Wikileaks, and the Republic of Ecuador. Mind you, it was assumed in the entire American continent, Australia, and Europe that the world was the same as ten years ago. But the world does not work that way anymore.
In Italy, no one was told of the fight growing between Brazil and the United Nations, badly managed by Christine Lagarde who heads the International Monetary Fund, whereby Italy was officially relegated from the eighth largest to the ninth largest economy in the world. It was overtaken by Brazil. So at the next G8, Italy will not be invited, but Brazil will. So we had the decision to abolish the G8 and G10 becoming the new standard.
Europe, with England and Germany at the helm, simply cannot accept the “Keynesian” triumph of South America. In essence the western guideline remains: “Let them stay home and remain grateful that we let them survive like the Africans. Otherwise one by one they will all end like Gadhafi.” This is the warning in a nutshell So, quietly, South America has in the last 40 days sent three powerful messages; the last and most important was on August 3, and it was televised live from the New York office of the International Monetary Fund. Now for some facts.
On 15 June 2012, Julian Assange understands that for him it’s over. He knows that he will be arrested in Stockholm, picked up at the airport, not by police forces of His Majesty the King of Sweden, but by two officers of the CIA and a US diplomat, using specific formal agreements between the two nations to claim that Assange “actively intervened” in the NATO conflict in Iraq while the war was in progress. He will then be taken directly to the US, to the state of Texas, and subjected to criminal prosecution for terrorist activities. There will be a demand for the death penalty based on the provisions of the Patriot Act.
So Assange consults with his group, and at 9 a.m. on 19 June, enters the Embassy of Ecuador. His team opens negotiations with British agents in London, with the Swedes in Stockholm, and American diplomats in Rio de Janeiro. They agree to let the Olympics pass, after which he can quietly go to South America, ‘just do not talk about it.’ But somehow they don’t trust the Anglo-Americans and rightly so. So they carry out two masterstrokes on 3 August and 4 August.
On 3 August 2012, 16 months ahead of schedule, Argentina President, Cristina Kirchner, arrives at the headquarters of the IMF in Manhattan, accompanied by finance minister and foreign minister of Ecuador, Patino, representing ‘Alba’ (Labour Alianza Bolivariana America), the economic union between Latin America and the Caribbean.
On that occasion, Kirchner hands a cheque of €12 billion to the IMF (whose loan was due on 31 December 2013). She announces that with this installment, Argentina has shown itself to be solvent, to be a responsible nation, trusted and reliable for anyone who wants to invest money. Argentina in 2003 went in default of $112 billion, but refused to seek cancellation of the debt; it declared bankruptcy and sought 10 years to return the money, including interest.
For 10 years, Argentina fought IMF’s attempts to impose restrictive measures of economic austerity. It opted for a different path, in line with Keynesianism, and based on financing infrastructure, research, innovation, instead of cutting expenditure. And it recovered. And it paid off the last installment of the IMF loan 16 months in advance. It thus proved once more that the ideas of the IMF and World Bank on economic ideas are noxious and wrong headed. TINA (“There is no alternative”) is a lie forced upon the majority of the world’s population by the oligarchic elites.
Fifteen minutes after making the payment, Kirchner lodges a formal complaint against the US and UK to the World Trade Organization, on the basis of files made available by Wikileaks, that is, Assange.
Argentina, having settled the debts, now wants damages; with compound interest. It’s a fight between Kirchner and Lagarde. Thanks to Assange, as his team has the transcripts of several conversations in different governments of the globe, involving the US, Britain, France, Italy, Germany, the Vatican, where money is the master: Osama Bin Laden has been sent to the attic and replaced as the arch villain by John Maynard Keynes in the minds of the financial hegemons.
Assange has become public enemy number one of the great powers since he has gained the classified records of these long conversations about how to cripple the economies of South America, how to take away their energy resources and prevent their recovery; how to prevent their governments from pushing through Keynesian economic plans instead of applying the dictates of the IMF, whose sole purpose is to pursue a neo-colonialist policyprincipally for the benefit of Spain, Italy and Germany, with British capital.
Most files have already been published on the internet. Those and others were handed over by Assange in Britain to the Ecuadorian ambassador there.
On August 3 in New York, Ecuador became the first nation in the Americas and only nation in the Western world since 1948, to apply the concept of “immoral debt” or the political and technical refusal to pay foreign debts because they were made by previous governments through corruption, in violation of constitutional laws and requirements.
On 12 December 2008, Rafael Correa the new president of Ecuador (whose GDP is around 50 billion euros, or 30 times less than Italy’s) announced on television that he had decided to cancel the national debt considering it illegal, because it violated the constitution to oppress the people. Today in Ecuador, the new constitutional principle is that what is right for the community is legitimate.
Amount of debt: € 11 billion. The IMF literally expunged Ecuador from the list of civilized nations. “The country is isolated,” declared Dominique Strauss-Kahn, then IMF Director General. The very next day, Hugo Chavez announced that Venezuela would contribute
free oil and gas to Ecuador for ten years. Four hours later, President Lula announced that Brazil would give 100 tons/day of wheat, rice, soy and fruit free to feed the population, for a long as the nation takes to recover. In the evening, Argentina announced it would give 3% of its beef production free to Ecuador to ensure adequate protein for the population. The next morning, in Bolivia, Evo Morales announced the legalization of cocaine for domestic production and collection, and free coca leaves to Ecuador with aloan of 5 billion interest-free, repayable in ten years in 120 installments.
Two days later, Ecuador denounced the United Fruit Company and Del Monte & Associates for “slavery and crimes against humanity”, nationalized the agricultural industry in bananas (Ecuador is the world’s biggest banana exporter) and launched a national organic label.
Ten days later, Bavarian Green of Schleswig Holstein, Conad in Italy, and Denmark, and Haagen Daaz were prepared to sign contracts with the new entity on the basis of “fair trade”. On 20 December 2008, taking note of the protest of the United Fruit Company, President George Bush (still in office until 17 Jan 2009), denounced the ‘criminal decision’ of Ecuador and called for its expulsion from the United Nations.
Bush said that the US was even ready for a ‘military option to safeguard US interests.’ The next morning, the powerful New York law firm of Goldberg & Goldberg submitted that there was a legal precedent for Ecuador’s action. Six hours later, the US gave up and called on the international community to challenge the legitimacy of the concept of “immoral debt”.
The United Fruit Company has a record in systematic political corruption; it was ordered to pay damages of $ 6 billion.
Interestingly, the legal precedent was dated 4 Jan 2003, and signed by George Bush. Yep. This happened in Iraq, which at that time was ‘technically’ an American possession since it was occupied by US forces and the interim government was not yet recognized by the UN. Saddam Hussein had left debts of 250 billion euros (40 billion euros against Italy, thanks to the transactions concluded Tareq Aziz, deputy to Hussein and an ally of Vatican’s Opus Dei), which the US erased by applying the concept of “immoral debt”, thus creating the recent historical precedent.
New York lawyers for the government of Ecuador offered Washington a choice: either accept and be silent, or if you challenge the decision of Ecuador then also cancel yours for Iraq and get the US Treasury to immediately pay the €250 billion, including compound interest for four years. Obama, not yet in office but already elected, asks Bush to throw in the towel. The New York lawyers are paid by the Brazilian government.
Rafael Correa, Ecuador’s president-elect, is not a farmer like Morales, or trade unionist like Lula, or a military officer like Chavez, he comes from an upper class family and is an intellectual. He is a graduate in economics and economic planning from Harvard, and self-described as a “Christian socialist”. His first official act was to freeze all bank accounts of the Church’s IOR in Quito’s banks and divert the amount into a social welfare program for the economically disadvantaged.
He put on trial the entire political class of the previous government, most of whom were sent to jail, with average sentences of 10 years, confiscated their property and nationalized it and and redistributed it in ecological agricultural cooperatives. Correa sent a letter to Pope Ratzinger in which he called himself “always the humble servant of Your Enlightened Holiness” and in which he officially bade the Vatican send to Ecuador only “clerics gifted with deep spirituality and eager to serve the needy, avoiding profiteers who would incur the rigor of human laws”.
Today, the new South America says no to colonialism and slavery of the European and US multinationals. For 400 years, ever since Europeans discovered bananas rich in potassium, Ecuadorians have lived in poverty, exploitation, destitution, while for hundreds of years a group of brutal oligarchs got rich at their expense. It is no longer the case. And it never will be again. The example of Ecuador is alive and can be replicated in any African or Asian, or European, nation in the world.
But the decisive blow to the system was a bombshell made public on 4 Aug 2012, when Julian Assange assigned the Spanish judge Garzón, the public enemy number one of organised crime, the most ferocious enemy of Silvio Berlusconi, and absolutely the most dangerous enemy of the global banking system, to defend him.
The Spanish judge has 35 years experience and has been responsible for the prosecution of the most important cases of his country for the past 25 years. He is an expert in ‘media and finance,’ and rose to international prominence in 1993 after Interpol issued a warrant on his behalf against Silvio Berlusconi and Fedele Confalonieri (Berlusconi’s right hand man) regarding transactions involving Telecinco, Pentafilm, Fininvest, Reteitalia and La Cinq.
From this it came out that the Pentafilm (Berlusconi and Cecchi Gori members, namely PD and PDL together) bought at $100 the rights of a film that it sold to Columbia Pictures for $500 to Telecinco that sold them at $1000 to an Italian network which then ultimately sold for $2000 to Rai, and so on a total of 142 times. The same film.
That is, the Rai (or us) paid the rights to a film 20 times the value of the market and bought it three times, so that all parties were taken care of.When it came to the crux of the matter, Berlusconi was prime minister, and so Garzón was stopped by the European Union. He got a half victory. He closed the Telecinco and sent its Spanish executives to jail.In 2003 the battle re-opened, with Berlusconi’s new front Mediaset. Garzón was always there.
In 2006, the Italian government at the time (Prodi & co.) helped Berlusconi to escape conviction. In 2004, Garzon opened a dossier against Pope Wojtyla and against the management of the IOR in Spain and Argentina, in relation to funding and support from the Vatican to the military juntas of Pinochet and Videla in South America.
In 2010 Garzón resigned under pressure from the Spanish Government, but before he retired, he opened a law firm dedicated exclusively to international ‘media & finance’ in The Hague, The Netherlands. And now as official legal eagle to Assange, judge Garzón has access to 145,000 files still in possession of Julian Assange that have not been made public. He has already made it known that his office is prepared to denounce several Western heads of state to the court of civil rights in The Hague. The charge will be ‘crimes against humanity, crimes against the dignity of the person.’
The battle is therefore open. It is going to be decisive for the future of freedom in the network [internet]. In the US, they make no secret of the fact that they want him dead. So do the British. But they are having trouble because Assange has taken steps to bring about a global group that deals with counter-information (real, not the Italian one). Its members are anonymous. They do not have an identified site. They simply enter the data, news, information and events. Besides, who wants to know where to look and who wants to understand? When the temperature rises, everything comes to the surface.
The British Empire has lost its composure and wants to seize Assange who has access to direct source material. And the mere fact of releasing it in public turns the tables on those who rule, and reminds the people that we are caught in an invisible war. The rulers do not know how to stop the dissemination of information about what is happening in the world.
There are people who risk their lives by the mere act of uploading information from some anonymous Internet location in Canberra, Bogota or Saint Tropez. Wikileaks should not be read as gossip. It is not. Its anonymous team deserves our respect.
We can no longer say tomorrow, “but we did not know”. Whoever wants to know today, is well served. Just try.
Translated, this means: until we send home the foul political class that poorly represents us, the chatter will have no effect. Because now we all know how things are. Otherwise, you cannot complain or be surprised that in Italy no one has ever spoken before of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, or of what happens in South America, the furious battle taking place between the Argentine President and Brazil on one hand and Christine Lagarde and Merkel other. Why wonder then, that the British want to invade a foreign embassy?
This never happened even in the hottest days of the so-called Cold War. As they say in South America when someone asks “What do they do in Europe, what’s happening there?”, you answer “In Europe they sleep. They do not know that there is life out there.”

10 Signs That You're Fully Awake
Isn't it obvious that there is a significant global awakening happening? Just as the Mayans predicted so many years ago, the apocalypse would become apparent in 2012. But many misinterpret the apocalypse to be the end of the world, when in fact it actually means an "un-covering, a revelation of something hidden."
As many continue to argue the accuracy of the Mayan calendar, it can no longer be argued that a great many people are finally becoming aware of what has been hidden from them for so long. Of course this awakening is not an overnight process. It takes time to peel away the many layers of lies to get to the core of the ultimate truths.
It would be beyond pretentious for us to claim to know all of the secrets of the universe. We don't. Everyday we are humbled by what we don't yet know.
However, it is becoming clearer by the day what isn't true. And by that measure alone, it is possible to determine if you're one of the people beginning to wake up.
Here are ten signs you may be fully awake:
1. You know there's no meaningful difference between major political parties (Democrats and Republicans): It's so easy to get caught up the left-right debate and believe there's a difference between the two major political parties. However, debate is one thing, while actions are another. By their deeds you shall know them, and it is indisputable that there is no significant difference between political parties when it comes to action on the most important issues. Even hardened ideologues like John Cusack are beginning to wake up.
2. You understand that the Federal Reserve, or international central banking more broadly, is the engine of our economic problems: Debt slavery is the totalitarian force that threatens all of humanity, not some temporary political puppet or some greedy Wall Street trader. When a small group of people have the ability to create wealth out of nothing and charge interest on it, they have the ability to enslave the planet to their ownership despite what type of government a country claims to have.
3. You know that preemptive war is never necessary: When we realize that self-defense is the only acceptable form of violence, then we become awakened human beings. To suggest war because someone is different from you, or they may pose a threat in the future is simply ludicrous. And when did the idea of bombing civilians become humanitarian? No one wants war except for the immoral creeps that benefit from it.
4. You know that you're being systematically poisoned, how, by whom, and why: Admittedly, there's a lot to learn in terms of how we are secretly being poisoned. But the fact remains that we are being systematically poisoned, and it is likely for the deliberate purpose of dumbing us down and, ultimately, culling the population. Who could believe anyone is so evil to do that to innocent people, you may ask. Well, once you begin to seek the answer to that question, you're one step closer to enlightenment.
5. You understand that government can never legislate morality, nor should they: When you realize the role of government is only to protect your liberty and work for the well being of the citizens, you're awakened. There should be one simple law regulating morality: Do no harm. Thus, it's impossible for the government to enforce morality with guns, cages, and taxes because those clearly cause severe harm to your liberty and our well-being.
6. You know that the mainstream media is wholly owned and manipulated by the ruling elite: A dwindling number of people still actually believe what they hear coming from the establishment media as if it's gospel, even when they already accept that they are bought and paid for by the elite controllers. Yet, recognizing that they are nothing more than a propaganda machine and a form of mind control are the first steps in being able to critically think beyond the scientific messaging they broadcast.
7. You know that your neighbors are not your enemy even if you have fierce ideological disagreements: This is perhaps the most difficult thing to overcome in the awakening process. But it's vital to understand that your neighbors have been indoctrinated and hypnotized like the rest of the us, until someone helps shine a light on inconsistencies in our thoughts and beliefs. Most of their ideas are not their own. They are suffering just like the rest of us. It's okay to condemn their actions if they're harmful, but those who are awake will not give up on spreading information that can enlighten those who might still be in the dark. None of us were born "awake" and all of us can learn even more.
8. You know that the endgame is one-world control of planet Earth: Once you understand that the endgame for the ruling elite is to have complete control of all vital facets of society through a global government, one-world currency, international armed forces, and so on, it is simple to see through the lies and propaganda surrounding even the most confusing world events. You will never go back to sleep when you fully accept this reality.
9. You recognize that there are esoteric powers manipulating our physical world: Whether you're a religious or spiritual person, scientific or just plain curious, there are many theories about an invisible force at play in all of this. Obviously it's impossible to prove exactly what it is. You may not want to believe it, but the ruling elite takes their occult rituals deadly serious. And they likely know something we don't. Just by keeping an open mind about this possibility, you'll forever keep an open mind about the things we can actually see, hear, taste and touch. Current science has shown that we can only "see" what the visible light spectrum reveals, which amounts to the tiniest fraction of all that can theoretically be seen within the full spectrum of energy. Part of any awakening is realizing that there is much more that is possible than impossible.
10. The power to change the world rests with you and you alone: For too long people have believed themselves to be weak, or relied on others to change the world for them. You'll know that you're fully awake when you realize that you have infinite power to change the world by simply living the change you want to see. First, you have to identify the principles that you believe in and then go out and live by them. If just a small minority took steps to do this, it would shake the establishment to its core.
What kind of world do you want to live in?
Stanford, Cargill Et Al Behind Anti Organic Study
Anti-organic "study" is not news, rather, coordinated propaganda campaign.
by Tony Cartalucci
September 5, 2012 - Harry Wallop of the London Telegraph ends his anti-organic food editorial with the following sentence:
"Tomorrow, the baby is going to get an extra dollop of pesticide-sprayed carrots."
Whether or not Wallop is as brain-addled as he leads on to being, the point of his editorial is to encourage similar attitudes amongst the Telegraph's readership, attempting to manipulate public perception in the wake of a recent Stanford "study" regarding organic food.
Whether or not readers of the Telegraph will put their own health and that of their children at risk for the sake of protecting big-agri's bottom line and the faltering paradigm that big-agri products are safe for human consumption simply because Harry Wallop thinks its good to feed his baby with pesticide-sprayed carrots remains to be seen.
The London Telegraph, when not fabricating news to support England's latest imperial adventures overseas, is at the forefront of many of the largest corporate-financier funded lobbying campaigns. Recently, someone has splurged, and splurged big on anti-organic food lobbying built atop a suspect Stanford study.
A Flawed "Study"
When entire news cycles are dominated by headlines built on a single university study, with editorials attempting to hammer in big-agri talking points, a lobbying effort is clearly afoot.
Two news cycles have already been dedicated to trashing organic food. Organic food is free of pesticides and genetic manipulation, both of which are proven to cause learning disabilities, decreased IQ, sterility, and a myriad of other health problems including a wide variety of cancers.
This most recent anti-organic food campaign began with a Stanford study (and here) out of its Center for Health Policy (a subsidiary of Stanford's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies), examining the nutritional value of organic food versus non-organic. Food with pesticides on it had nearly the same nutritional value, the study claims, as organic food - completely skipping over the whole point of eating organic.
Indeed, the nutritional value would be similar - but the entire point of eating organic is not because of vastly superior nutritional value, but to avoid the "extras" included with products from big-agri corporations.
The Stanford study intentionally dismisses concerns regarding the presence of pesticides by simply claiming levels were within legal tolerances. No discussion was made on whether legal tolerances equated to safe tolerances, nor was there any mention made of the harmful effects of genetically modified organisms (GMO) or other controversial food additives found in non-organic food products.
So why the strawman argument?
A Corporate-funded "Study"
The Stanford Center for Health Policy states the following on its own website:
"The Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI) relies on support from its friends, as well as from national and international foundations and corporations, for the funding of the Institute's research, teaching and outreach activities."
The Center for Health Policy is a subsidiary of the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI). So who are these "friends," national and international foundations and corporations funding the research of FSI and its subsidiary, the Stanford Center for Health Policy?
Image: From Stanford Center for Health Policy's own website it is admitted that " national and international foundations and corporations" fund its research and "outreach activities." This confirms the suspicions of an increasingly aware public who saw the "study" as biased, contradictory of both logic and ethics, and the result of insidious corporate-funding.
....
According to FSI's 2011 Annual Report (page 38, .pdf) Agricultural giant Cargill, British Petroleum (BP), the Bill & Malinda Gates Foundation (heavily invested in both Cargill and big-agri giant Monsanto), the Ford Foundation, Google, Goldman Sachs, the Smith Richardson Foundation, and many other corporate-financier, Fortune 500 special interests.
Image: From Stanford's 2011 FSI Annual Report (page 38, .pdf), of which the Center for Health Policy is a subsidiary, is funded by Cargill, the Bill & Malinda Gates Foundation (heavily invested in both Cargill and big-agri giant Monsanto), and a myriad of other Fortune 500 corporate-financier special interests. The report at face value is throwaway propaganda, but its funding reveals a more insidious, coordinated effort to manipulate public perception, stretching across academia, mass media, government, and big business. (click image to enlarge)
....
That none of this is mentioned, and the lack of independence and transparency involved in the study and its presentation to the public, overturns the credibility of both Stanford, and the Western media machine that so eagerly shoveled the results out to the public. Combined with the fact that the study itself is flawed, and the concerted, disingenuous nature with which it is being promoted to the public, a premeditated public relations campaign, bought and paid for by Stanford's FSI sponsors, most notably Cargill and the Bill & Malinda Gates Foundation is self-evident.
What to Do?
Quite obviously, one should continue eating organic. Additionally, the duplicitous nature exhibited by academia, the mass media, and the vast corporate interests overtly driving them both, demands from us to redouble our efforts at implementing full-spectrum boycotts aimed at big-agri as well as other Fortune 500 corporate-financier monopolies. This includes other processed food makers such as Pepsi and Coca-Cola, Kraft, and the myriad of subsidiaries they maintain.
We should also redouble our efforts at supporting local farmers, attending and contributing to local farmers markets, and investigating the possibility of growing, if only a small percentage, our own herbs, fruits, and vegetables.
Freedom and self-determination come from economic independence, self-reliance, and self-sufficiency. The most fundamental form of economic independence is having a safe, secure, and local food supply operated for, by, and of the people.
Cementing this emerging paradigm, in spite of the crass, juvenile, even criminally irresponsible editorials like that of the Telegraph's Harry Wallop, and multimillion dollar "studies" subsidized by Cargill and the Bill & Malinda Gates Foundation, is the first step on extending this paradigm shift to other areas required for maintaining and advancing modern civilization.
Update: Agricultural giant Cargill is in fact in direct partnership with Stanford University. Specifically, it has donated at least 5 million dollars for the creation of a Center on Food Security and the Environment (FSE).
The center is allegedly "committed to helping feed a growing population while preserving the planet's natural resources." This will presumably be done through the use of patented Cargill biotechnology, have nothing to do with actually "helping feed" anything but Cargill's bottom line and corporate-financier domination of the global food supply, while Stanford simply leverages its reputation and credibility to give cover and badly needed legitimacy to Cargill's methods and agenda.
Stanford's most recent "study" is essentially the university "giving back" to Cargill and others.

New Pepsi Sweetener Combination Of Toxins
PepsiCo has decided that aspartame, a neuro-toxin used in their diet cola products as a sweetener, is not “sweet enough” and are “testing a new mix of artificial sweeteners” that will retain its potency longer than high fructose corn syrup.
The new mixture of sweeteners being tested includes acesulfame-potassium, or ace-K. The problem PepsiCo has with aspartame is that it is affected negatively in warm conditions that occur during shipping before their soda products arrive in retail stores.
In 1998, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the use of ace-K despite its known safety dangers. This chemical is most popularly used in baked goods, chewing gum and gelatin desserts according to the food safety advocacy group, the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
Ace-K, or acesulfame potassium, is a lab-created chemical that is 200 times sweeter than sucrose. Ace-K is suspected through research to have carcinogenic properties, yet this studied fact was dismissed and further studies were not conducted prior to the FDA approval.
In testing preformed on rats, ace-K was shown to stimulate dose-dependent insulin secretion. In further studies, ace-K provided more of a danger to male rats, than female rats with regard to their signal toward being cancer producing.
The chemical has a very strong after taste. To combat this phenomenon, Kraft Foods began using sodium ferulate to mask its bitterness.
Aspartame has been proven to be highly addictive because it causes actual cravings for the toxin. Many find that they cannot stop using the product because of the severe withdrawal symptoms.
Aspartic acid, also known as aspartate, acts as a neurotransmitter in your brain. It facilitates the transmission of information from neuron to neuron. Excessive amounts of aspartate in your brain kills neurons by permitting the invasion of massive amounts of calcium into the cells. This influx generates extreme levels of free radicals that kill the cells. The neural cell damage is caused by unwarranted use of aspartate. This is why they are denoted as “excitotoxins.” They “excite” or arouse the neural cells to death.
Back in March, rather than change labels to admit to poisoning their customers, PepsiCo altered their recipe by removing 4-methylimidazole (4-MI or 4-MEI), a known carcinogen, from their formula in soft drink products.
In 2011, mainstream media reported that certain brands of PepsiCo soft drinks contained a patented flame retardant used in plastics to keep carbonated drinks from becoming combustible. Over exposure to the toxin could lead to the necessity of medical attention for “skin lesions, memory loss and nerve disorders.”
A report from the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy stated that processed foods and beverages may contain mercury that was part of the process of deriving high fructose corn syrup. The FDA failed to make this independent study effective by acknowledging its findings.
Mercury impairs neurological development, as well as has a dramatic effect on the human nervous system. In children, mercury exposure manifests as autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Shockingly, PepsiCo have never denied their use of the deadly additive aspartame, nor its link to cancer. They stated publicly that the findings from scientific studies were untrue; essentially ignoring the fault and responsibility of their company to offer a product that did not endanger the health of the public. By denying the facts, their validity does not diminish.
Mandatory Chemo For Children With Cancer?
Most people have some second or even first-hand experience with cancer. Whether you’ve watched a loved one struggle, or if you are a survivor yourself, you know how difficult the battle can be.

And if you’ve gone through it or seen someone go through chemotherapy treatments, you know the poison meant to kill cancer cells can severely weaken the entire body, seemingly destroying healthy cells as well. The treatment can be especially dangerous for children with cancer.
Fortunately, if diagnosed with cancer, we all get a say in how our illness is treated. Right?
That’s what the Minnesota family of 8-year old Sarah Parisian thought as doctors tried to force chemotherapy on their young and vibrant child. They were wrong.
Sarah recently had 90 percent of a brain tumor removed and doctors were recommending a year of
chemo to kill the rest of the cancer cells. Her family was not convinced. Suffering from nausea, weight and hair loss, sore throat, and sleeping 22 hours a day, they wanted to seek out alternative treatments for their otherwise happy child.
The medical establishment, undermining their rights as parents and accusing them of making decisions detrimental to the child’s health, took them to court.
Eventually, an agreement was reached, allowing for Sarah’s treatment to combine chemo with alternative treatments. Though, I’m not entirely sure how much of an “agreement” it was considering the Parisian family was threatened with loss of custody if they didn’t cooperate. Now, Sarah will receive less than the originally-recommended chemo chemicals and be able to supplement them with alternative therapies.
So, why the fuss? What’s wrong with chemo?
If you’ve seen someone go through chemotherapy, you can tell it isn’t the most health-promoting treatment. No, chemotherapy uses a mixture of poisons to kill cancer cells. But, in the process, it wreaks havoc on healthy cells and the rest of the body.
One of the ingredients in chemo has actually been labeled as carcinogenic by the World Health Organization. Yes, the chemical used in a drug to kill cancer has been found to cause cancer.
Also, there is substantiated concern that chemo creates stronger cancer cells, those that resist treatments.
Still, chemotherapy is used as the first-line of treatment for many types of cancers, and mainstream doctors balk at the idea that anything other than this slew of poisons could have promising effects on this life-threatening disease.
Similar to mandatory vaccinations, mandatory chemotherapy is evidence that the medical establishment thinks people are too dumb for their own good—that they somehow know what’s best for everyone. This despite the fact that they hide behind a crooked system where profit is king and health actually takes a backseat.
The case of Sarah Parisian isn’t the first of its kind and it likely won’t be the last.
Regardless of your diagnosis, arm yourself with information and be prepared to fight for the right to care for your own body, and that of your child’s, on your own terms, or risk letting the establishment step in and do it for you.
While chemotherapy has been found to negatively impact future DNA for generations; turmeric, garlic, ginger, and papaya rest among many cancer fighting foods. Marijuana oil has even been used to save lives from cancer death.

Zombified Workers With Their Trite Compliance Phrases
Tyranny is upon us. But tyranny isn't put in place by some all-powerful evil force that suddenly assaults our freedoms; it's ratcheted up one day at a time by the People themselves -- the government workers who are willing to do anything as long as they're told "it's the rules."
You'll encounter these brain-dead government workers everywhere: At the airport security line, your local city council meetings, and even at the local DMV. These are the people who blindly follow rules and regulations that often make no sense whatsoever, such as the TSA now shoving testing sticks into your drinks at the airport, presumable to test your beverage for explosives. (http://www.infowars.com/video-shows-tsas-bizarre-new-security-policy/)
Fortunately, there are some code phrases these people use which indicates their status as a brain-dead government worker -- a zombie drone -- who will do anything for a paycheck and the promise of power. I call these "obedience phrases."
For your amusement and safety, I hereby present these obedience phrases so you can instantly spot these wussified, zombified government enforcers in a future encounter:
"I'm just doing my job"
This phrase is usually uttered by some pot-bellied government tyrant who knows he or she is doing something highly immoral and possibly illegal.
Example: "I'm just doing my job" says the TSA security goon as he's reaching down the pants of your six-year-old under the ridiculous presumption that terrorists might be hiding in there.
If instructed by DHS to molest senior citizens at security checkpoints, TSA employees will gleefully obey, saying "I'm just doing my job" as they strip search your grandma and destroy her colostomy bag.
"It's required by regulations"
This obedient, brain-dead phrase is often uttered by private-sector workers who are quoting government regulations. More often than not, they're quoting the Patriot Act.
Example: You're at a bank trying to open a new account, and you say to the bankster, "So why do you need the physical address where I live, plus my social security number, plus all my financial records and numerous ID cards?"
The bankster replies, "It's required by regulations."
Oh, gee, then I guess that makes being info-jacked perfectly fine then!
The phrase, "It's required by regulations" is NOT a reason... it's a linguistic evasion of a reason!
"I have to, or I'll lose my job"
This is a favorite phrase of police officers who beat the crap out of some innocent woman and then fudge together a false report in order to place the blame on the victim. This just happened recently, by the way. Here's the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHh2DMGWTRs
And this second video shows police body-slamming an elderly woman in the Wal-Mart parking lot:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpT1BQMQ4tU
By the way, when East German soldiers shot people trying to escape East Germany by scaling the Berlin Wall, they said exactly the same thing: "I have to, or I'll lose my job!"
Because their job, you see, is far more important than your life.
"It's the law"
This phrase is usually uttered by some brain-dead collectivist rule-follower who can't think for themselves so they have to quote "the law" without thinking about what the law was really written for.
For example, when officials in Oregon recently arrested and jailed a man for collecting rainwater on his own land (http://tv.naturalnews.com/videoedit.asp?v=E9D083FE1A928B3B0145570778F...), they no doubt said during his arrest, "It's the law!"
So apparently, if some state writes a law that says, for example, all black people are sub-humans, then that makes it true, eh? I use this example because it's a part of U.S. history. The infamous "Dred Scott" decision, handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1857, declared that blacks brought to America as slaves were "sub-humans" and not accorded any protections under the U.S. Constitution. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dred_Scott_v._Sandford)
So does that make it right, then? Because it was the law? People who follow "the law" without thinking are not merely morons; they're dangerous to society as a whole. "The law" should never replace cognitive function.
Just because the Supreme Court declares something to be "the law" doesn't really make it so. Supreme Court decisions, remember, are nothing more than mental constructs which are agreed upon by certain members of society. If the Supreme Court declares all wage earners to be the property of the King, would you line up and obediently follow "the law?"
"If that were true, I would have already heard about it"
This is a favorite quote of a mind-numbed egomaniac who somehow thinks they already know everything. When you tell them something they have difficulty believing -- such as the fact that fluoride is a chemical pesticide that harms the brain -- they resort to this pathetic, wussified word collection: "If that were true, I would have already heard about it!"
This is a favorite phrase of doctors, by the way. Doctors are taught in medical school that they know everything and that nothing true exists outside whatever they are taught (brainwashed) in medical school. So when you tell a doctor something really simple like, "Oh, by the way, sodium nitrite causes cancer and it's found in hot dogs and bacon," the doctor will usually scowl and say, "If that were true, I would have already heard about it!"
Or maybe you're just an arrogant fool, doc. It takes a truly delusional person to think they know so much that they can't learn something new from time to time.
Watch out for these red flag "obedience phrases" of code enforcers and brain-dead rule followers
Rules are necessary, of course, in any civilized society. Speed limits make reasonable sense in neighborhoods, as do rules such as, "You can't burn down your neighbor's house."
But rules, laws, regulations and Supreme Court decisions should never be followed blindly. The gift of being human is the gift of having a conscience, a soul, a mind and the ability to discern right from wrong. If a law sounds wrong and feels wrong, it's probably a bad law and should be abandoned. If a regulation encroaches upon your Constitutionally-protected rights, that regulation should be aggressively rejected and reformed.
Rules, laws and regulations have no magical powers. They are fictional constructs of society.
They do not exist in the real world. They only exist in the minds of those who share in the delusion of their existence. As you are a being with free will and a soul, you can choose to reject delusional thinking and operate according to the fundamental principles of honesty, ethics and civility.
If you practice this, what you'll find is that most people in society today are technically insane. They have an almost fanatical belief in fictional constructs called "laws." They believe laws have magical powers and that regulations bind their thoughts and actions. In an effort to comply with all these laws, rules and regulations, they enslave themselves in a matrix of control. They are the desperate rule followers who ultimately drive every nation to ruin.
These are the people who always do what they're told: They line up for flu shots, they vote on voting day, they have their children vaccinated and they agree to undergo chemotherapy if their doctor tells them to. They are the great mindless masses that George Carlin called "Obedient workers!"
I miss Carlin. He would have drilled into the TSA with a vengeance. In just three minutes, George Carlin delivered a stunning narrative that was years ahead of its time. It's full of profanity, but it's completely accurate about systems of control and why society's controllers don't want you to be smart enough to think for yourself. Watch it at:

Native American Survival Skills
It has been said that knowledge is power, and that applies to any area in life. Of course, it is important to arm and prepare, but it is even more important to constantly learn new aspects of survival.
Some of these arts and sciences have been lost in the last century, as modern life has caused humanity to know more how to use a smartphone rather than how to build a fire. It is easy to gloss over these skills like an old memory, when you can simply pop at TV dinner in the microwave when you are hungry.
The histories of empires have told us that they are finite, and that includes that of the U.S. In this case, it is important to gain knowledge and learn about old methods that have been long forgotten by many. This knowledge may not always be accessible as it is one of the first resources that will become scarce in the event of a nation threatening disaster. Other items may be procured with relative ease, but it may be next to impossible to find gems of wisdom.
One of the best places to find knowledge about survival methods for now is on the Internet. The Internet has an incredibly high concentration and abundance of information that dwarfs libraries and can be accessed in the comfort of your home.
A quick search engine inquiry will reveal answers that took hours of research in the past. This is a great place to start. Whatever useful information you find, print out, and put in a ring binder.
Community
We were not meant to survive in isolation. There are many skills we can learn from one another. Find a mentor or group that does survival activities on a regular basis. Learning from one person to another is the best way to make it a part of you. For instance, learning martial arts of some kind will be indispensable in a crisis. These arts train you to keep calm, respond properly, avoid fights, and win them with the time come.
Nothing will help people survive more than a tight knit community that cares for its members. In this community, you will find different skills, access to different resources, and a psychological morale improvement. Finding others with the same mindset will help you survive long-term, and make the situation far more bearable than braving the dark times alone.
Basic Tools
Knives are considered one of the most basic tools in any society. It has been seen as the very beginning of technology after the discovery of fire. Using the proper knife for a survival scenario is arguably the most crucial part of survival. Your world will revolve around your knife, so it is important to have one appropriately selected.
You do not want to survive on a kitchen knife, as these are only tailored for light duty. Survival knives can come in several forms but they have to perform these basic tasks:
Also, you may need to defend yourself with your knife. This may be more preferable than using bullets, as you may not want to draw attention to the location of the shot. This means that the knife must come to a sharp point at the tip. This may also allow you to lash the knife to a long stick, creating a spear for hunting. Another possible function of your knife may allow you to throw it at a target. This is another great hunting application, but it is less for defense, in the event that your target runs away with your precious knife.
This new tool redefines the survival kit from the ground up…
There are many designs to a good survival knife; you just need to figure out what your preferred style may be. For this reason, you also may want to consider making one of your own. Creating your own knife design and manufacturing it yourself will allow you to know how to make more in the event that you lose or break your original. For less than $100, you can procure the resources necessary to shape and heat-treat your knife from bar stock.
The reason why the topic of knives is located in the “knowledge” category is because of how crucial it is to know how to use them and even perhaps know how to make them. Getting to know your knife is has to do with more than just surviving; some survivalists even say that it connects you closer to nature. The ability to survive from this most basic tool is known as more of an art form than a method.
Stealth
One of the most basic skills when in the wild is a combination of two methods. These methods are called the “Fox Walk” and “Wide-Angle Vision.” These were the basic “bread and butter” of how tribal populations would hunt and stalk without leaving any trace. Learning lessons from these peoples, it has enlightened us on how to live from the land.
The Fox Walk is a method on how tribal populations were able to move in the forest completely undetected by even the wildlife. These methods were also used in war as the first skirmishes took place between the Native Americans and the residents of Jamestown. Knowing how effective the Fox Walk concealed movements, the Navy Seals adopted this tactic to conceal their numbers behind enemy lines. The Fox Walk basically consists of:
Experiencing and enjoying nature is one of the most basic principles of the art of survival, and using ancient methods is one of the best ways to do just that.

Knowing how effective the Fox Walk concealed movements, the Navy Seals adopted this tactic to conceal their numbers behind enemy lines. The Fox Walk basically consists of:
- First, it is most effective to do this without footwear or wearing moccasins. This allows you to feel the ground, and helps you avoid stepping on sticks that can crack and make noise.
- Land your foot with your heal first. This requires balance; as your foot comes into contact with the ground, you may have to move to a different location to avoid a sharp rock, a stick, or leaves that may make noise.
- Then allow the outside of your foot to roll to the ground, and then the balls of your feet. This will allow you to mask your presence by lessening your footprint and noise.
- If you are traveling in a group, the battle-tested way to conceal your numbers is to Fox Walk, and with each person placing his or her foot in the print of the one ahead of them.
- Rushing about is a quick way to be found and wastes crucial energy, so the Fox Walk is a method, crafted for slow, steady movements.
- Wide-Angle Vision allows you to see movement and inconsistencies rather than the details that are directly in front of you.
- This type of focus allows you to spot resources more easily and sense movement, which is crucial for hunting.
- Wide-Angle Vision utilizes your peripheral vision, allowing for a much wider view and scope of sound stimulation. This causes you to be far more aware of your surroundings.
- In order to practice Wide-Angle Vision, move your hands out directly in front of you. Then, separate them slowly until your arms are stretched out all the way.
- Then, wiggle your fingers. If your peripheral vision can pick up both hands, then you have entered into Wide-Angle vision.
Experiencing and enjoying nature is one of the most basic principles of the art of survival, and using ancient methods is one of the best ways to do just that.
Cop Claims Teen Hit Him, Video Shows Truth
Prince George's County, Maryland police officer Corporal Donald Taylor, a 13-year-veteran, claimed that after catching up to an aggressive youth who swung at him and began to flee, the youth reached for his gun, at which point he fired his gun at the youth in self defense. Despite this tale, newly released surveillance footage obtained by Fox 5 News shows the officer running up behind the youth, then smashing him in the head with his gun in a surprise attack, which triggered his gun to fire in the process.
The youth, 19-year-old Ryan Dorm, "spent about four months in jail before prosecutors dropped the charges against him," NBC Washington reports. Note, Dorm's lawyer says the police got this video two days after Dorm's arrest, yet they made him rot in jail for four months nonetheless.
"Well, the video contradicts what the officer originally wrote in his charging documents,” said Dorm’s lawyer, Jimmy Bell. “What it shows is that my client didn't lie. They print my client is a criminal. They put his face on television saying he committed these crimes, and he didn't."
Taylor was charged with second-degree assault last month.
Dorm and his lawyer filed a $10 million lawsuit against the police department and Taylor.
Unfortunately, as is the norm in these cases, police will simply rob taxpayers to pay a settlement. As to the cop's punishment, last we heard back in August of this year, he was on "administrative leave" with pay for the past six months. The old saying, "crime doesn't pay," doesn't apply if you're a police officer.

Shoot To Kill Autonomous Robots Will Not Disobey Orders
The Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) Autonomous Robotic Manipulation (ARM) program seeks to find ways to utilize different remote robotic manipulation systems that are controlled by humans. This program is divided into 3 aspects:
• Hardware: to design dexterous multi-fingered robotic hands
• Software: develop complex algorithms for grasping, manipulation and sensory perception
• Outreach: beta-testing robotics in public forums to further study robotic autonomy
In 2010, DARPA revealed a robot at the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International Conference in Denver that was interactive in a public forum. Participants would write software and have the robot preform specified tasks. The goal of this event was to show that robots were being developed by the US government to preform “dangerous tasks” such as disarming an explosive device thereby reducing “significant human interaction”.
Universities and other government-controlled agencies such as Carnegie Mellon University, HRL Laboratories, iRobot, NASA-Jet Propulsion Laboratory, SRI, and the University of Southern California, provided teams of researchers to write software for DARPA.
Boston Dynamics, Inc., has been awarded a $10.9 million contract to manufacture humanoid robots that are bi-pedal, built like humans and have a sensor head with on-board computing capabilities.
These robots are being created to assist in excavation and rescue missions, according to DARPA. They could also be employed to evacuation operations during either man-made or natural disasters.
This week, the Project Offices for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Apache Attack Helicopter and Armed Scout Helicopter revealed the Manned Unmanned System Integration Capability (MUSIC) at Michael Army Airfield, Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. During the exercise, MUSIC showed that the US Army could use drones armed with lethal weapons that were wired for precise communication with their operator.
The RQ-7 Shadow is another enhanced drone with weapons capabilities. As the US Army endeavors to combine ground forces with drone technology, their tactical operation’s success is multiplied.
The use of government-sponsored universities such as Cornell, MIT and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands has created prototypes for bi-pedal robots that will someday be the synthetic army or police force.
Stanford University’s Aerospace Robotics Laboratory (ARL) wants to introduce autonomous robots into law enforcement situations; such as response in lieu of police SWAT teams.
Drones for law enforcement are being developed with the creation of the Talon SWAT/MP that can be configured with a multitude of weaponry. Some include a multi-shot TASER, LRAD, 40mm grenade launcher, and a 12-gage shotgun.
An earlier version of Talon, developed for the Israeli Defense Forces and the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s Directorate of Defense, was of the VIPeR series that were equipped with a 9 mm mini-Uzi with scope and pointer, or grenade launcher.
In 2006, Los Angeles began using aerial drones to spy over citizens under the guise of tracking suspects. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) subsequently ended that program. The police force retaliated citing that “there is an immediate need by state and local public safety personnel for unmanned aerial systems.”
The Naval Research Laboratory has developed SAFFiR, the Shipboard Autonomous Firefighting Robot. SAFFiR is an autonomous bipedal humanoid robot, based on the CHARLI-L1 robot created at Virginia Tech. This robot can interact with humans with a comprehensive response system that utilizes language – including slang to make it more familiar. A robot that can hold a conversation and fight fires is quite impressive.
In 2009, with funding from the Pentagon, DARPA created the Multifunction Utility/Logistics and Equipment (MULE) which was a size of a Humvee. This robot car used sensors to drive autonomously and calculate its target, await remote instructions or decide to fire.
MULE’s potential has been in the works for the last 3 years. Its advancement and use as a battlefield vehicle is being tested and readied for deployment. The remote controls mirror those of a gaming console which gives the operator the ease of playing a “video game” while at the same time instructing a deadly piece of equipment on targeted missions.
Unmanned ground vehicles have been in use since Iraq and Afghanistan. They are armed for combat with the same capabilities as ground troops. MULE’s development as an autonomous weapon for the purpose of allowing a robot to decide on whether or not to carry out a mission is advantageous to the US military.
A force of robotic “peacekeepers” that are programed to become violent without remorse – will enable the government to organize and act where human law enforcement and/or trained soldiers may hesitate.

The Wettest And Coldest Summer In Briton Since 1727
Set to be the fourth wettest summer since records began in 1727.
“Heating back on as record cold night ends wettest summer,” reads the headline in the Telegraph.
“The second wettest(summer) in the UK since records began – and the wettest summer in 100 years,” says BBC news.
On same day Met Office reveals it’s been the wettest summer ever, temperatures plunged to almost record summer lows overnight, while other areas did reach record lows.
Bradford for example dropped to 2.8C last night, its lowest August temperature since 1908
Braemar is Scotland was the coldest, dropping to 28.22 F (-2.1C), followed by Aviemore near Loch Ness on -1.8C and -0.7C in north-east England.
There has only been one August night colder, August 21 1973, when Lagganlia in the Highlands suffered -4.5C
The Highlands, Aberdeenshire and Northumberland saw frost while most parts of the UK were close to freezing as most Britons shivered in their beds.
The wettest in a century
Data released by MeteoGroup showed that 14.25 inches (362mm) of rain fell in June, July and August so far, outstripping the previous worst period in 1912.
MeteoGroup forecaster Nick Prebble said this summer is set to be the fourth wettest since records began in 1727. June 2012 was the wettest since 1860, had the least sunshine since 1909 and was the coldest since 1991.

75 Year Old Grandmother Held At Gunpoint While Slaughtering Her Dog
On August 15, 2012 Wayne County Sheriff's deputies, along with Macedon, NY Police broke into 75 year old Phyllis Loquasto's Plank Road home in the town of Walworth, NY, forced her at gunpoint to lay on her bathroom floor, screamed at her to close her eyes and stay down, then executed her dog "Duke."
Minutes earlier, Loquasto, who has had three strokes and a knee replacement, was on her computer when she heard loud smashing sounds, then saw what she described as several men dressed in black with masks on.
As she was laying on her bathroom floor Loquasto could hear the men talking in loud voices.
"The dog hadn't even barked, yet I heard one of them say, he's aggressive, shoot him! I'll never forget the sound of that gunshot and the blood flying everywhere. They did all this while forcing me to lay on the bathroom floor, screaming at me to stay down, and holding me at gunpoint. I couldn't get up if I wanted to. I'm 75 years old, had three strokes and knee replacement, and can hardly walk. There was nothing I could do to help my pet."
Unfortunately, Duke died a slow death.
"They shot him with a shotgun in such a manner that he ran around in pain and bled all over the house and suffered a slow, cruel death. There was no reason for this kind of treatment, they killed my dog for no reason. This was the sweetest and most gentle animal anyone could want, I would trust him with a baby."
Trail of blood on Phyllis Loquasto's stairs after her beloved dog "Duke" was shot by WayneNET Task Force officers.
As you can see in the photo, Duke did indeed suffer, bleeding out throughout the house, leaving a trail of blood in the hallways, stairs, walls and bedrooms, including on the bed where he used to sleep in.
Afterwards, Phyllis Loquasto was taken outside and placed inside a police car for over an hour in the heat.
It was then when officers showed her a search warrant, and it was then that Loquasto realized who these masked men who had just broke into her home, held her at gunpoint, screamed at her and executed her dog were -- police officers.
The 75 year old Loquasto was so afraid, she urinated on herself.
As a filmmaker, writer and activist exposing police misconduct and corruption, hearing stories of police officers abusing and violating innocent citizens' rights is nothing new.
In fact I receive an average of 20-25 calls weekly from people who either themselves, or a loved one, has been abused, harassed, or assaulted by law enforcement.
But I must admit, to hear of a 75 year old lady having been terrorized in her own home by a bunch of rogue, thugs in uniforms and masks, in a "home invasion-like" style, before executing her dog, left me speechless.
I Called Macedon, NY police and asked to speak to a public information officer. The woman who answered the phone asked me "What's that?" I explained to her it's usually a department official who is in charge of communicating with the press.
She replied "We don't have that."
I then proceeded to tell her about the incident with Duke, and before I could finish, she angrily cut me off and said "I'm sure if a grandmother would have been held down at gunpoint, I would have heard about that."
She then abruptly transferred me to the Chief, with whom I left a message on his voicemail.
About an hour later, I received a call from Macedon, NY Police Chief John P. Colella.
After I thanked him for getting back to me, Chief Colella laughed and said "The media campaign continues."
I asked Chief Colella what he meant by that comment, but he completely ignored my question.
I then asked the Chief exactly what law enforcement agencies were present at the Plank Road residence.
Chief Colella said that a search warrant was executed by the Wayne County Narcotics Enforcement Team (WayneNET) on the residence.
He also said that he is the Task Force Commander.
Chief Colella told me that his task force seized several marijuana plants from the location, which he said belonged to Phyllis Loquasto's grandson.
He explained that the WayneNET team consists of the Wayne County, NY Sheriff's office, Macedon, NY Police, Clyde, NY Police, Lyons, NY Police, Newark, NY, Palmyra, NY Police, Sodus Point, NY Police, Wolcott, NY Police and the Wayne County, NY District Attorney's office.
Chief Colella confirmed that the only person inside the location was 75 year old Phyllis Loquasto.
Having sensed an obvious sense of sarcasm on the Chief's part, with his earlier comment, about the "media campaign continues", as well as what I would describe as the non-chalant, hesitant, and "careful" tone of his voice, not giving many details, I decided to get down to brass tax with the Chief.
I asked him about police officers holding down a 75 year old grandmother at gunpoint on her bathroom floor, and it was clear that Chief Colella wasn't comfortable answering my question.
But perhaps more interesting, he never denied officers doing this to Loquasto.
Instead, Chief Colella made sure to choose his words very carefully, stating that all he would say is that she (the grandmother) was "held in place" by officers.
Again, when I asked Chief Colella if in fact officers with his WayneNET task force held a 75 year old grandmother at gunpoint on her bathroom floor, Chief Colella replied "I don't care if she is 2 years old or 75 years old."
I think Chief Colella must have realized that his statement would not look good, so he decided to do some 'damage control' by quickly adding "We needed to secure the location and since there was a dangerous animal, we were holding her down for her own safety."
Are you kidding me?
"Dangerous animal?"
"Holding her down for her own safety?"
Duke was her pet!
After a few more minutes of talking with Chief Colella, it became more and more clear that as is common with law enforcement officials, especially in cases of misconduct and abuse, the "cover-up" had already begun, and Chief Colella, along with his WayneNET task force, clearly have their story which they have every intention of sticking to.

Are Baby Boomers The Next Demographic Target To Exploit?
Baby boomers now in the sights of predators
You could be the victim of human trafficking under the control of a “guardianship or conservator“. Did you work hard all your life? Did you save and invest? Did you live below your means and pay off your home or property? Were you prepared for your senior years by
constructing a will? Designating heirs and
the person who was to administer your estate once you had passed on? Well congratulations! Thanks to all your hard work, planning and saving, you too could become the victim of the human trafficking rings operating across the country!
Disabled? Vulnerable adult? They have you in their sites too! You could be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars just in inflated institutional billing, billing for non-existent services, pharmacological testing, for doctor services never rendered, for rehabilitation services never supplied. It happens every day and not one of our elected officials will even acknowledge what they know to be true.
Human trafficking is a world wide business and encompasses children, women and vulnerable or aging adults. These individuals are used for sex and/or for profit. Here in the US, a system of corrupt probate courts, predatory guardians who are strangers to the family and victim, attorneys who make their living preying on targeted individuals, operates with what is an apparent protection provided not only by state officials, but also federal officials.
S. 2077: Elder Protection and Abuse Prevention Act, authored by Sen. Al Franken of Minnesota, while acknowledging that elder abuse and exploitation does occur, fails to address the underlying issues and instead simply expands Adult Protective Services agencies which are pivotal in the ongoing abuse and exploitation.
This bill will do nothing to stop the rampant epidemic of the targeting of the “aging with assets” that professional predators look for.
We do not need more reporting to agencies, which has been shown to be absolutely worthless with regards to reporting the ongoing exploitation of the elderly by professional predators. What is needed is enforced criminal penalties for the exploitation of the elderly by professional predatory guardians, payrolling attorney’s and corrupt probate judges.
The judges, most of whom have no legal training, throw binding legal documents out such as wills, trusts and advance preparations for medical care and control and also dismiss durable powers of attorney set up long before the victim was targeted.
Once the judge voids all standing, pre-arranged legal instruments, the estate is handed over to the predatory guardian who now, for some reason, owns the victim as “property” and by extension, all of the victims assets. Reporting these judicial activities to upper level courts, your states attorney general or any of the FBI, the DoJ, or even your state representatives is futile.
Note, as example: On November 2, 2011 a pre-arranged meeting with Senator Amy Klobachur was to take place. Sen. Klobachur was then sitting on the committee on aging and the elderly. Six individuals flew in from around the country to Washington DC to meet with the senator. The Senator never showed up. No apology was ever issued, nor any valid reason given as to why she did not appear as promised. No communications from Senator Klobachur have occurred since that time.
They know, but are not about to change this lucrative system
Exploitation means that a person in a position of trust knowingly, by deception and intimidation, obtains and uses or tries to obtain and use a vulnerable person’s funds, assets, or property. This includes failure to use the vulnerable person’s income and assets to provide for the necessities required for that person’s care.In 2009, there were 6 million instances of elder abuse reported nationwide, and only 23.5% of cases are reported due to a lack of screening, awareness, and prevention efforts. It is estimated that seniors lose a minimum of $2.9 billion each year to financial abuse and exploitation, and victims experience a mortality rate that is three times higher than those who are not victims of elder abuse. (Emphasis Mine)
What needs to be stopped is the forced medication using psychotropic drugs not approved for use on the elderly, to make them appear incompetent. Drugs such as Zypreza and Seroqel are used routinely to render the victim dysfunctional. These drugs, administered in doses as high as 400MG per day are “handler” drugs. They do not benefit the patient, but simply render them comatose for all intents and purposes.
At this dose, the victim is still breathing but is not actually conscious. These particular drugs are not meant to cure, manage or slow any mental issues. They are simply a means to rendering the victim the same as dead, but still breathing.
The “caretakers” are at this point, relieved of having to actually care for the patient as the victim cannot speak, raise their head up or move of their own volition and won’t be making any demands for attention or care. As an added perk…….they can’t file a complaint either or report their abuse and neglect to anyone.
In lesser doses, these drugs make the victim appear incompetent, unable to articulate their thoughts, to answer questions they should and do know the answers to, or to even perform minimal personal functions.
These drugs cause massive and intended mental dulling and confusion. It is in this state that targeted victims are brought into the kangaroo probate courts, supposedly as evidence that they are not competent to care for themselves. Most often these victims appear to be extremely drunk and rambling. Drowsiness, mental confusion, dizziness and fatigue along with seizures and hallucinations and body tremors are common with these drugs. Sudden cessation of medicating with these drugs can cause heart failure and sudden death.
Dead in the Law
Probate can become active only upon the presentation of a death certificate to the court. Anyone who becomes a “ward of the state” is now dead in the law and for all intents and purposes, this wardship, whatever its title, is a defacto death certificate. Dead in the law means:
- They are no longer a legally recognized human being; no longer a person
- they have no civil or constitutional rights and
- have no right to claim power over their estates.
- They are now “property”.
- A commodity.
- A source of revenue.
We are guaranteed our rights regardless of whether or not the states have retained the right to due process in their state statutes. Many states such as Iowa and Colorado for example, have removed the right to due process from conservator/guardianship statutes. This does not mean those rights no longer exist. It does mean that the state is allowing the disregarding of not only its own constitution, but also the federal constitution, both of which declare that we have the right to due process.
But try to find a judge that is remotely concerned with either of these constitutions or the rights of the individual or a state legislator who will work to correct this.
Expanding or increasing funding for these agencies will not correct the underlying problems.
While statutes, laws and regulations are on the books in every state regarding the treatment and care of the elderly or vulnerable adults, these laws are routinely broken by the predators and those working in tandem with them.
Every one involved from the probate judge, predatory guardian, malicious attorney, federal and state agencies charged with protecting the elderly, the participating facility(s) (which are most likely making a killing on inflated billings for services never rendered) …..every one of these begins tapping the estate until it is totally depleted.
The fraud occurring in elder abuse in the medical industry alone is staggering. Just this week abclocal reported: LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Government officials say more than 100 people in seven different U.S. cities have been arrested in a historic nationwide crackdown on Medicare fraud.
The arrests included doctors, nurses and other licensed medical professionals for their alleged participation in Medicare fraud schemes. The bust was the latest in a string of major arrests in the past two years, as investigators target fraud that is believed to be costing the government between $60 billion and $90 billion a year.
: The 107 health care professionals, also including social workers and owners of health care companies, charged Wednesday worked in Miami, Tampa, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles and Baton Rouge.
Isolate and medicate
In every state, statutes exist to prohibit the isolation of the victim. Supposedly, every effort must be taken to ensure that family, friends, advocates and even clergy have reasonable visitation with the victim. Yet, in every state these statutes are routinely ignored as elderly victims are held in isolation, forcibly medicated and not allowed to have visits from anyone other than the predatory guardian until the estate can be relieved of all of its assets.
What really needs to happen……..but never will
Not one public official will ever write a bill to actually stop the trafficking of the elderly who committed the crime of “aging with assets”. And even if they did……they would not stand a rats chance in a deacon box of ever getting it passed.
That bill would include among many other things:
1. No one should be allowed to “own” another human being.
2. “Ward of the State” should not mean loss of lawful existence and rights as a human being. the State should actually work to protect the vulnerable from the predators instead of enabling them.
3. False allegations launched against family members or others who attempt to protect the victim from the predator, should never be accepted as evidence in the courts only on the hearsay of the predator who stands to profit from this human trafficking. Many times these false allegations are declared to be “unfounded” but remain on the open case as if they were in fact, true.
4. Probate courts should be monitored and judicial malfeasance immediately prosecuted.
5. Prosecute any doctor who prescribes off-label uses of medications on elderly and vulnerable victims meant to render them incapacitated.
6. Review all cases of guardianship’s and determine how much in cash and assets was actually stolen from the victims by the predators.
7. Return the victims estate.
8. Prosecute the thieves.
Until our government actually prosecutes the predators instead of protecting and enabling them, none of us is safe. I applaud the efforts of the DoJ this week but still wonder when a nation-wide crackdown and arrests of predatory guardians who have gotten rich from kidnapping, isolating and terminating elderly victims so that their estate can be looted, will occur. It probably won’t occur as long as any of us are left out here with estates worth killing for. Human trafficking: it ain’t just for sex anymore!
Hopeful Retirees, 70 May Be The New 65 After All
It's become common -- and comforting -- wisdom: Those who haven't saved enough for retirement can significantly boost their income in their golden years by working until the age of 70, instead of the traditional 65.
Not so, counters a study released Thursday by the Employee Benefit Research Institute. "You're not going to magically be fine if you work a few more years," said Jack VanDerhei, research director for EBRI and author of the report.
EBRI's studies often sound a sobering note on this topic (See our MarketWatch colleague Robert Powell's take on a study from last year: "Many of Us Won't Be Able to Retire Until Our 80s") .
VanDerhei said that the Center for Retirement Research analysis didn't factor in the prohibitively high costs of nursing home care, which typically isn't fully covered by Medicare and is only covered by Medicaid in some cases. His own methodology included the probability of nursing home expenses and arrived at a less optimistic conclusion.
Neither study specifically defines the percentage of working income that a retiree would need to replace to be considered adequately prepared. (In an email, Andrew D. Eschtruth, communications director for the Center for Retirement Research, says, "Different methodologies will produce different results, but both studies agree that working longer will help improve retirement security.")
Many workers don't even have the luxury of delaying retirement. In EBRI's 2012 Retirement Confidence Survey, 50% of current retirees reported they left the workforce earlier than planned-because of health concerns for themselves or their spouse, changes at their company or other reasons. The bottom line for workers? "Bite the bullet and save the additional money," VanDerhei said.
EBRI's findings weren't all bleak, however: The study found that workers who participated in a 401(k) plan at age 65 boosted their retirement readiness by 20 percentage points.
This Land Is Their Land
| Palestine belongs to Palestinians. They're willing to settle for what lies within 1967 borders. It's 22% of what they lost. They also rightfully claim East Jerusalem as their capital. It's theirs, not Israel's. Israeli settlements are illegal. This article discusses Migron. It's one of dozens of illegal Israeli outposts. Over 100 exist. They were built without government authorization. International law doesn't distinguish between settlements and outposts. They're all illegal and have no right to exist. Israel spurns legal principles and does what it wishes. Why not when no one intervenes. Israeli settlements, outposts, military areas, no-go zones, nature reserves, commercial areas, by-pass roads, tourist sites, checkpoints, and other barriers comprise well over 50 of West Bank land and East Jerusalem. Over half a millions settlers live on stolen Palestinian property. Many occupy illegal outposts, including Migron. It lies northeast of Jerusalem overlooking Route 60. It's Israel's largest outpost. In 1999, it was built on privately owned Palestinian land. In 2002, it expanded. It's home for over 250 settlers. Israeli authorities never intervene to stop land theft or development. In fact, they aid and abet it. The Ministry of Construction and Housing spent 4.3 million shekels for Migron's infrastructure. No authorization approved it. In June 2006, Peace Now petitioned Israel's High Court of Justice (HCJ) to dismantle what never should have existed. Government officials proposed building a neighborhood in Geva Binyamin settlement for Migron residents in exchange for evacuating the outpost. Settlers said no. At the time, the HCJ refrained from ordering Migron dismantled. Government officials promised to "rapidly and effectively enforce planning and building laws." They also called the outpost "unacceptable." Nonetheless, residents kept building. Nothing was done to stop them even though the HCJ said Migron violated Palestinians' property rights. In 1979, the HCJ's Elon Moreh ruling prohibited seizing privately owned Palestinian land for settlement construction. Only so-called state land could be used even though no legal authority justifies classifying it that way. Following the court ruling, Israel arbitrarily appropriated over 900,000 dunums as state land. It was brazen theft. Doing so violated international law. Palestinians were denied the right to contest loss of their own property. Israel also invented other new ways to steal land. For example, it appropriated Jordan Valley property belonging to absentee Palestinian owners. Other land was seized. It was used for dozens of settlements. Some were claimed necessary for "military needs." Saying so was subterfuge for theft. All settlements and outposts should be dismantled. Migron is one stain among many. On August 2, 2011, the HCJ ordered it taken down by end of March 2012. It was the first such order since Elon Moreh was ordered shut in 1979. The Court called Migron one of the most brazen examples of lawless development, saying: "The establishment of the outpost and its ongoing expansion are in clear and blatant defiance of the rule of law and infringe on the proprietary rights of the Palestinian landowners. Eighteen months later nothing changed. Knesset hardliners delayed Migron's demolition. Orders weren't issued to do so. A deal gave settlers until 2015 to relocate. Rule of law principles and Israel's High Court ruling were ignored. By March 2015, settlers agreed to move to state-owned West Bank land. Their structures would either remain vacant or Israel's military will claim them. Palestinians won't get back property rightfully theirs, at least not without further court action. In 2015, further delays may follow earlier ones. Perhaps new legislation will legitimize outposts and prevent evacuations and demolitions. Hardline Knesset members support virtually anything settlers wish. Palestinian rights are ignored to please them. In the mid-1990s, settlers began establishing unauthorized outposts after Israel pledged no new settlements. Israel did nothing to stop them. Considerable aid was given for infrastructure, security, and even planning. In July 2012, things got worse. Netanyahu's Levy committee rewrote international law. Its report claimed that occupation "as set out in the relevant international conventions cannot be considered applicable to the unique and sui generis historic and legal circumstances of Israel's presence in Judea and Samaria spanning over decades." "Israelis have the legal right to settle in Judea and Samaria and the establishment of settlements cannot, in and of itself, be considered illegal." It recommended legitimizing illegal outposts. It said zoning officials should authorize them without further political approval. It urged no restraints on settlement construction. Netanyahu praised the report. So did Knesset hardliners. Levy served earlier on Israel's High Court. He represents decades of occupation injustice. He claims the West Bank and East Jerusalem aren't occupied territories. International law, jurists who support it, and the International Court of Justice say otherwise. Migron is a drop in an ocean of injustice. It symbolizes unbridled Israeli lawlessness. Land rights cut to the heart of Palestine's liberating struggle. One outpost is inconsequential. Settling it equitably, however, matters. Failure to do so legitimizes others. It also facilitates unrestrained settlement expansions. A Glimmer of Hope or a False Positive? On August 29, Israel's High Court again ordered Migron evacuated. Settlers were ordered out by September 4. The site was ordered cleared by September 11. Justices rejected a petition by 17 outpost families. They wrongfully claimed establishing Migron was legal. They said land settled on was bought. Proof doesn't support bluster. Evidence suggests purchase documents were forged. The Court said "purchases have nothing more than (an unsubstantiated) purchase." Construction wasn't authorized and is illegal. The ruling came days after government officials apparently yielded. They agreed Migron has to go. Perhaps they're willing to exchange one outpost for another on so-called state land by changing the subject. During the Court hearing, state prosecutor representative Osmat Mandel explained the government's new position. Migron settlers won't be abandoned. They'll be moved to newly built homes on alternate Palestinian land. Israel's Defense Ministry said it "expect(s) residents of Migron to respect the High Court's ruling and evacuate on their own." They issued a statement, saying: "It is a dark day for the State of Israel, a day that has seen the basic rights of right-wingers trampled. The High Court granted legitimacy to the 'price tag' tactics of the State Attorney's office against settlers." "The Israeli government will not be able to clean itself of the brutal rape that took place under its nose, and which it did nothing to stop." They blamed Netanyahu personally, adding: He "joins in the eternal shame of the former prime ministers that decided to strike against the settlements. We are positive that Zionist Israelis will know who to blame for this." "Residents of Migron are holding their heads high on this difficult day, and believe that the settlements will grow and prosper, and that soon, the story of Migron will end in at least two new settlements!" Israel's Yesha Council is a hardline umbrella settlement organization. It accused the HCJ of "not really being open to hear" Migron residents side of the story, adding: "We will not give up because of this. On the contrary: We will double our efforts to legitimize the land in upper Migron, and we will settle there again, faster than people think." Peace Now issued a statement saying: "The High Court's decision is a victory for law and order over the illegal settlements in the West Bank. The decision transforms Migron from a symbol of defiance and lawlessness into a symbol for the preservation of Israeli democracy." "The court ruling is a beacon of light for Israeli society, proves that the settlers are not above the law, and that the West Bank is not abandoned territory. Peace Now sees the court ruling as an important achievement for all those who believe in a two state solution, and the rules of democracy." It remains to be seen whether Migron's story end here or if new chapters remain to be written. On September 2, Israeli radio said settlers there began leaving of their own accord. Haaretz said within a few hours they were gone. Longstanding battle lines aren't dismantled. Well over 200 other settlements and outposts keep expanding. Justice for Palestinians remains distant.
