Prof Disputes Sandy Hook Timeline

One more "long-shot coincidence": Sandy Hook, Dark Knight Rises by Jon Rappoport

The murders at the premier of the The Dark Night Rises, in Colorado, and the massacre at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, have yet another bizarre connection.

First of all, in the film, The Dark Knight Rises, which premiered last summer in Aurora, where a killer(s) took the lives of 12 theater goers, wounding 58 others, there is a moment at one-hour, fifty-eight minutes. A startling moment in the Batman movie. Commissioner Gordon is talking about thwarting an imminent attack on "Strike Zone One."

At that moment, he points to the only legible words on a map lying on a table in front of him. The words are: SANDY HOOK. The scene of the massacre last month at a Connecticut elementary school. The other recent massacre.

And now, by way of an article at Before It's News, we have a new tie-in. The unlisted author of that article cites a story from a newspaper in Connecticut, The Stamford Advocate. Dated April 7, 2012, it has so far flown under the radar. It reports a death in an automobile accident, on the Merritt Parkway. The victim was Scott Getzinger.

Mr. Getzinger was the property master on The Dark Knight Rises. As such, there is a chance he, in fact, selected that map with the words SANDY HOOK printed on it. The property master is responsible for all props used in a film.

The Stamford Advocate story mentions that Getzinger's injuries were, at first, called non-life threatening by the police. But then he died.

The last fact of the story is stunning, to say the least. Mr. Getzinger was a resident of...Newtown, Connecticut.

As I and others have pointed out previously, the production designer of The Dark Knight Rises, Nathan Crowley, is related to the infamous black-magic British legend, Aleister Crowley, sometimes called The Great Beast 666. Aleister was Nathan's grandfather's cousin.

Then we have the fact that Suzanne Collins, author of The Hunger Games, a novel in which 23 children are ritually sacrificed in combat by the dystopian state, also lives in Sandy Hook/Newtown

"Dark Knight Rises" massacre suspect James Holmes appeared back in court Thursday, and with his appearance—on the two-month anniversary of the shooting—came the release of his new and equally (if not more) disturbing mugshot.

 The 24-year-old San Diego native appears bright-eyed and short-haired, compared to his previous booking photo, where he sported longer, orange hair and a dazed, exhausted face.

Prosecutors announced in court Thursday that they would no longer pursue access to the notebook Holmes mailed to a University of Colorado professor and psychiatrist in the days before the July 20 mass shooting. The notebook was reportedly "full of details about how he was going to kill people," complete with drawings and illustrations of the massacre.

NBC LA notes that "the court had earlier blocked prosecutors from accessing the notebook, ruling that they could not prove that Holmes did not have a doctor-patient relationship with the psychiatrist, Dr. Lynne Fenton, to whom he had mailed it."

To deter further court delays, prosecutors have relented in their battle for the notebook, adding that they will most likely gain access to it in the future, as they expect Holmes' lawyers to pursue an insanity defense.

Holmes faces 142 counts stemming from the shooting in Aurora, Colorado during a midnight showing of the latest Batman film. The charges include 24 counts of first-degree murder, 116 counts of attempted murder, one count of possession of an explosive device and one count of a sentence enhancer for a crime of violence. A total of 12 people were killed in the methodically planned shooting, and 58 others were injured.

Holmes remains behind bars at the Arapahoe County Detention Center. Status hearings have been scheduled for October 11 and October 25.

A new study was released that shows the United Nation’s prediction that the H5N1 bird flu kills nearly 60% of infected people may be overblown and this type of flu may only have a 1% death rate. The United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) counted 586 cases of H5N1 bird flu and 346 people died. But WHO may have failed to consider millions of people who contracted the H5N1 flu with only mild symptoms. The news comes just as debates continue over the controversial release of weaponized H5N1 bird flu blueprints that would potentially spawn a bioterrorism pandemic.

The study was released just as the United Nations WHO announced its support of publishing papers on controversial experiments of more contagious laboratory created forms of H5N1.
Laboratory Mutant H5N1 Controversy

Scientists created a mutant experimental H5N1 strain that underwent 5 genetic alterations and was created to be airborne and highly contagious in humans. Critics have said that it’s a bad idea for scientists to turn a lethal virus into a deadly and highly contagious virus, and then to publish how they did it so others can copy the process.

Obviously, the mutant H5N1 virus that was designed to attach to human respiratory tract cells is a potential serious threat to public health.

Public outrage halted the publishing of the laboratory H5N1 experiment blueprints due to bio-terrorism fears that it could cause a pandemic. The journals Science and Nature have announced plans to publish the papers in full.

It is important to note that while the “natural” form of H5N1 may only kill 1% of those infected, the new laboratory strain appears to be far more contagious. Additionally, the Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918 killed 20 to 40 million people but only had a mortality rate of 2.5%.

The article, published in the January 14 edition of the Washington Post blasts the annual US government reports that censure rights abuses in other countries, and lists 10 recent US laws that seriously undermine individual rights and freedoms, most notably the recent National Defense Authorization Act, signed by President Barack Obama on December 31, 2011, allowing for the indefinite detention of citizens.

According to the article, US intelligence and judicial procedures have introduced over the past ten years laws and regulations that grant Washington the authority to openly undermine the very principle of liberty in the country and abuse civil liberties that have long served as America's pretexts to launch human rights publicity campaigns against its perceived foes.

Assassination of US citizens

President Barack Obama has extended former President George W. Bush's order to kill "any citizen considered a terrorist or an abettor of terrorism." The killing of Anwar al-Awlaki last year is the latest example of a US citizen falling victim to the practice.

Indefinite detentions

Earlier, Washington signed a practice into law that allows for the incarceration of 'terrorism suspects' by the military forces or upon a presidential order without a trial. Despite wide criticisms against the practice, the White House insists that it will oppose efforts to challenge such authority in federal courts.

Arbitrary justice

Obama maintains the Bush-initiated practice of deciding whether a person should stand trial in the federal courts or in a military tribunal. This is while the system is being widely 'ridiculed' across the world for its lack of basic due process protections.

Warrantless searches

The US president has acquired a sweeping power to order surveillances without justification, including the authority to order companies and organizations to provide the government with information on citizens and conduct searches of everything from business documents to library records.

Secret evidence

The US government has officially made itself entitled to resort to 'secret evidence' to detain individuals and use such evidence in federal and military courts.

It has also used 'national security' as the pretext to dismiss the cases against the United States, contending that the government cannot reveal classified information even to the affected party.

Secret court

The government has extended the scope of its authority to use the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to bring the individuals deemed to be aiding or abetting hostile foreign governments or organizations to trial.

The powers also allow for secret searches of individuals who are not part of an identifiable terrorist group.

War crimes

The Obama administration has insisted that it would not allow the CIA employees to be investigated or prosecuted for waterboarding terrorism suspects during the Bush administration.

The current administration has also reportedly urged foreign governments not to allow any investigation into the war crimes by Bush officials to proceed in their respective countries.

Immunity from judicial review

Both the Bush and Obama administrations have pushed for immunity for companies that conduct warrantless surveillance of citizens. The efforts have deprived the American citizens of their right to challenge the violation of their privacy.

Continual monitoring of citizens

The White House has succeeded to assert its claim that it is authorized to employ GPS devices to monitor all the activities of targeted citizens without a need for court order or review.

Extraordinary renditions

The US government has made itself authorized to transfer both US citizens and noncitizens to a third party country to avoid the legal consequences of torture on American soil. The practice is called by critics as "torture by proxy."

On September 11, 2001, a series of coordinated attacks were carried out in the United States, leaving almost 3,000 people dead.

Many American individuals and organizations still question the official line on what exactly happened on 9/11. Many of them believe that the attacks were either partly or entirely an inside job.

The US, under the Bush administration, invaded Afghanistan in 2001 after claiming that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by members of al-Qaeda harbored by the then Taliban regime in Afghanistan.

The US also attacked Iraq in 2003 claiming that the Middle Eastern country was in possession of weapons of mass destruction; however, after invading the country, the claim proved to have been baseless.

There is a conspiracy of silence about the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, otherwise known as the "Indefinite Detention Bill."

This treasonous violation of the rights of American citizens and all human beings on "Battlefield Earth" must be understood in the larger political and historical context of the American Deep State, which professor and author Peter Dale Scott says "refers to a parallel secret government, organized by the intelligence and security apparatus, financed by drugs, and engaging in illicit violence, to protect the status and interests of the military against threats from intellectuals, religious groups, and occasionally the constitutional government," (2)


Seen from this perspective, the NDAA is all part of the plan. Its swift passage by the Senate and White House is a clear indication that the American Deep State is preparing for big events, even bigger than 9/11. Since it is a creature that feeds on drama and violence, it will produce greater drama and violence.

A basic reading of the current political and economic situation suggests that the American Deep State is in the process of triggering various domestic and foreign crises, such as a war against Iran and an economic collapse, in order to consolidate more power and control at the executive level.

A full-frontal attack on Iran by the American Deep State and the Israeli Deep State would quickly develop into a global state of emergency, which will be used by the traitors in Washington to implement their global authoritarian agenda and exercise their unchecked power against awakened American citizens more openly.

The evil monsters who own the American Deep State, and give this beast its purpose, have psychologically and spiritually separated themselves from the American people and common humanity to such an extent that they exist on a different plane of social reality. They are free to commit atrocities like the September 11 attacks not only because the laws of America don't apply to them, but the laws of God as well.

Murder and mystery are in the DNA of the American Deep State. Since the death of JFK, it has silently suffocated the American Dream in the long night of amnesia, during which the American people were put in a state of deep sleep by the mind manipulators in the CIA and mainstream media.

What has existed under the American Deep State is what author and teacher Michael Tsarion calls a "psychic dictatorship." Buried in the annual defense appropriations bill is a provision that would give the President the power to use the military to intern anyone – including American citizens – indefinitely, and hold them without charges or trial, anywhere in the world, including on American soil. The provision essentially repeals the longstanding Posse Comitatus Act, which prevents the military from engaging in law enforcement on US territory – the greatest fear of the Founders. Approved by a Senate subcommittee in secret hearings, the provisions open the road to a military dictatorship in this country – and for that we can thank Senators Carl Levin and John McCain, who introduced the measure. Both the FBI and the Pentagon came out against the Levin-McCain monstrosity, and Senator Mark Udall (D-Colorado) introduced an amendment striking the provision: the amendment was defeated in the Senate, 37-61.

The mind reels. As the ACLU's Chris Anders puts it:

"I know it sounds incredible. New powers to use the military worldwide, even within the United States? Hasn't anyone told the Senate that Osama bin Laden is dead, that the president is pulling all of the combat troops out of Iraq and trying to figure out how to get combat troops out of Afghanistan too? And American citizens and people picked up on American or Canadian or British streets being sent to military prisons indefinitely without even being charged with a crime. Really? Does anyone think this is a good idea? And why now?"

Why now, indeed – and the answer is not hard to fathom. With the US banking system making very loud creaking noises as the eurozone descends into the economic abyss, and a total meltdown staring us in the face, the Powers That Be want to make sure they have their hands on the reins of power – and on the whip they won't hesitate to use.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) exults that the bill will "basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield" and anyone can be imprisoned without charge or trial "American citizen or not." Graham doesn't care about any of that sissy constitutional stuff, and never did – throw ‘em in the brig! Sen. Kelly Ayotte, a Republican from the "Live Free or Die" state, doesn't care that she's destroying the American republic and our constitutional liberties by voting for this draconian measure because, she says, "America is part of the battlefield."

For the rest of our lives we'll be in thrall to Gingrich, Graham, Levin, and the rest of them, on the pretext that we're about to be nuked by a bunch of marginal fanatics hiding in a cave somewhere. It's a thin rationale indeed for setting the stage for martial law in the United States, but it couldn't have come at a more convenient time for our rulers, as they face the prospect of civil disorder in the face of economic collapse.

That the authoritarian strain in American politics is coming to the fore in this time of crisis should come as no surprise. Backed up against a wall, the ruling elite is baring its teeth, and the Constitution – which has long been a mere piece of moldering parchment rather than the law of the land – is easily disposed of. Our cowardly Congress, which lives only to advance special interests and line its own pockets, is hardly a bulwark against this onslaught: indeed, they are the source of it.

Naquin says that any tweet in any given language, regardless of its significance, is closely looked at by analysts. They then cross-reference it with local newspapers or even a “clandestinely interrupted phone conversation.”'
