Austin Mayor Has Police Remove Citizen For Stating His Name
NOTE: Somehow, somewhere, the elected servants have forced a reversal of power where they sit on thrones and dictate what rules, regs and sanctions will be done. When in fact, they are hired lackeys and need to exercise their proper decorum and fear that they will be fired.
It seems there is ample "official" abuse everywhere in this role reversal,

Congressman Has Cops Confiscate Citizens Cameras And Cell Phones At Townhall Meeting
Media were permitted to record the event, making the ban on citizen cameras all the more baffling. Clearly no “security” threat existed; rather, as one of Chabot’s staffers told ThinkProgress, they wanted to “prevent” people from “making a show” of the event. Indeed,
Chabot and his staff were worried enough about citizens voicing their anger at his policies that they only accepted pre-screened questions chosen by the congressman’s staff.
NOTE: If there is a sign posted saying non cell phones or cameras allowed, then it would be a lawful confiscation. Without a sign, how would a con-gressman have any authority to order the police to do anything?
What a perfect opportunity to SHUN the Con-gressman by the audience turning their backs to him when he speaks. An act that speaks louder than any words.

#Fullerton Outraged At Police Brutality~ Want Chief To Resign
NOTE: This is excellent, no rioting, PEACEFUL, lawful holding public servants feet to the fire, as it should be. The way the system works is that the city council APPOINTS the police chief and they can fire him.
How about a Nation Wide Police Brutality List? Every cop that has fired a taser against a person, every copy on "administrative" leave should be required to be put on this list, available online. These Oath Breakers have to be stopped....LAWFULLY!
Isn't it a treat to see a humble police chief? Forced into being humble at this moment. The man needs to learn about healthy eating, he is obese.

Government Mafia Attacks The Weak
When the victim refuses to give funds to the criminals, they crack down to show the individual what will happen if they continue to withhold funds. This traditionally involves property damage or theft carried out by the same racketeers supposedly offering the “protection” to the victim.
The Federal government of the United States of America has now become no better than a group of racketeering Mafiosos, running a protection racket on the American people.
Of course, they hide behind the veil of “permits” and “city ordinances” in order to hustle American citizens into forking over their hard-earned cash in exchange for protection from so-called authorities.
In reality, the rackets run by police and the IRS are no different than the criminal Mafia operations that have plagued many countries for decades on end.
Indeed, it says something about our medical system when a once independent businesswoman has to start selling all of her goods for literally pennies in order to save her own life.
It says something even worse about government when they step in and won’t allow someone to raise money to save their own life because of a city ordinance.
Cline told KATU, “I just hope that nobody else has to go through this kind of thing. I hope no one else has to give their lives away for nickels and dimes and then be told they can’t even do that. I hope nobody else has to do this ever.”
The ordinance is supposedly there to keep people from constantly selling goods in a flea-market-type fashion, according to Salem’s Community Development Department.
How about letting her do it and forgetting about your outlandish city ordinance that is literally making it impossible for a woman to raise a few bucks to pay for her cancer treatment? No, that would entail having a respect for the dignity of human life and that is far beyond the capability of these bureaucratic scumbags who allow this to go on
NOTE: Mass compliance would be interesting if every person in Salem began to have garage sales? It's time to fire the tyrants and stop asking permission for every breath that we take.

Oregon Woman With Bone Cancer Forced To Quit Yard Sales
'Donations are pouring in from across the country after the story of a local woman fighting bone cancer went viral on the Internet.
Jan Cline was holding yard sales each weekend in her backyard to raise money to pay her medical bills, but the city of Salem shut her down after a neighbor complained. A city ordinance prohibits people from holding more than three yard sales a year. The city has the ordinance because it says in the past people had set up flea-market-type sales on their property.
The story galvanized people who were outraged the city wouldn’t make an exception for Cline. As of 10 p.m. Thursday, people have donated $16,500 to help Cline, and earlier in the day Salem’s mayor, Anna Peterson, pledged to help her.'
NOTE: Isn't the definition of Fascism where one "owns" private property by the state controls every aspect of it. Helping a critically sick person by forcing her to jump hoops and move her garage sale from her own property is not really helping.
Shame on Salem.

But America IS A Police State
Six Fullerton cops, responding to a phone call alleging that someone in the downtown area might be breaking into cars, approached a 130-pound homeless man named Kelly Thomas, grabbed his backpack and, according to eyewitnesses, began Tasering him and beating him into a pulp. He died a few days later at a local hospital.
According to eyewitnesses, Thomas, although schizophrenic, did nothing to warrant arrest, let alone a savage beating. He was a local fixture around the bar scene, a gentle figure who bummed cigarettes and slept in the park. Videos made by bystanders showed pure aggression on the part of the cops, while locals expressed horror and Thomas cried out for his dad as he was being beaten.
One councilman, a former police chief who hired the Fullerton cops in question, said on national television that the police did not necessarily kill Thomas.
He said that the facial injuries – i.e., his face was beaten so severely it was not recognizable as Thomas – do not mean that the police caused serious harm to Thomas. He said the public shouldn’t jump to conclusions about what killed Thomas. Thomas was walking around and healthy, six cops beat and Tasered him and then he dies. But according to officials, that doesn’t mean that the cops had anything to do with the death. What would the police have said had a gang beaten up a cop who later died?
In my column about this apparent act of police thuggery, I quoted Jim Ewert, general counsel of the California Newspaper Publishers Association, who calls California a "secret police state." Some readers no doubt find this description to be too much for their tender sensibilities. So I want to recount some of the ways the authorities have behaved during and after the incident, and then ask this question: Does this typical behavior better reflect the policies of a free society or a police state?
