Japanese Prof Claims Japanese Should Atone By Eating Radioactive Food
Hiroaki Koide: "Adults in Japan Should Eat Contaminated Food" to Atone for the Sins of Having Allowed Nuke Power
During the press conference in New York after the lecture on the status of Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant accident and radiation contamination in Japan, Dr. Koide of Kyoto University repeated his mantra (or curse, to many Japanese) that the food contaminated with radioactive materials from Fukushima should be consumed by adults who have allowed the nuclear power plants.

Is The Military Refusing To Obey Unlawful Orders To Fire On Naughty Farmers?
Is the US military and the Bankster controlled federal government on a collision course? When one begins to connect the dots, with each dot representing a critical intersect point between the two entities, it strongly appears that an irrevocable bifurcation between the two is underway and the point of no return may have already been reached. Why else would we be witnessing the training of Russian troops to carry out policing activities in and around the Colorado Springs area later this month?
A report from the Daily Caller noted that the Labor Department has withdrawn a highly controversial Obama administration order which would've outlawed any form of child labor on family farms. This regulation would have dealt a death blow to the economic viability of America’s small farmers. As a result, food prices would have astronomically skyrocketed because all food production would have subsequently emanated from the large corporate owned farms.
As an aside, the large corporate owned farms were exempt from this Labor Department restriction and of course, illegal migrant labor would be permitted on the corporate farms as well. To many, the defeat of this illegal and unconstitutional child labor regulation marked a victory for the average American. However, there may be a more ominous message behind the rescinding of this policy as it becoming clear that the Obama administration is seeking to conceal the rift between its bankster benefactors and the US military as it is becoming clear that Obama suddenly backed away from a policy that the military refused to support.
The use of child labor on family farms is a long-established tradition in American history. It is the sole reason why America's schoolchildren have enjoyed three months off from attending school as children assisted their parents in the harvesting of crops. When we witness the Agenda 21 enforcement agents from the banker-run federal government actively seeking to control all food in order to make Americans entirely dependent upon the federal government, this latest Obama power grab makes a great deal of sense.
Only three days after the announcement of this illegally contrived Labor Department regulation banning child farm labor, the Obama administration withdrew its mandate citing “public outrage” as the sole reason. Really? Public outrage in only three days forced this dictatorial regime to do an about face? Who is Obama kidding? What about Obama’s lack of reaction to the public outrage over the banker bailouts that 95% of Americans vehemently opposed?
What about the previously ignored public outrage over the chicanery related to the passage of national healthcare that over 80% of Americans opposed? What about the ongoing public outrage over the sexual assault acts performed everyday by the criminal TSA as they continue to goose Granny and molest our children at the nation’s airports? Ninety percent of the country had not even heard of this farm labor policy. The Obama administration's explanation for withdrawing the policy over “public outrage” is ludicrous.
Curiously, the enforcement mechanism for this insane policy would've fallen to Homeland Security and amazingly, to the military. This means that forces of our military would have faced off against American farmers. There can be no doubt that many farmers would have defended to the death their historical right to property and parenting rights. The real reason for the withdrawal of the child farm labor policy has to do with the fact that the US military was not willing to murder American farmers on behalf of the Wall Street bankers and their large agricultural partners. The Obama administration is concealing this serious rift from the American people!
Further evidence of this growing conflict comes from Afghanistan as we should not forget that when Defense Secretary, Leon Panetta, visited Afghanistan in March, there was an attempt on his life. Following the incident, all American soldiers in Panetta’s presence were unilaterally disarmed, thus providing another example of distrust between the two institutions.
It is also no secret that in recent months, America has positioned its military in the Gulf region to launch military strikes upon Syria and Iran.
It is also no secret that the Russians have threatened our government with war if America attacks its two aforementioned allies. This clearly casts Russia into the role of being a military enemy of the US. Why then, would the federal government mandate that enemy Russian paratroopers be trained at Fort Carson Army base in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in late May and early June of this year?
Yet, this is an undeniable fact as Defense Department spokesperson, Commander W. L. Snyder, told the New American, that Russian troops would be training in southern Colorado for three weeks in which they would be allowed to provide security at local baseball games and to participate in roadside checkpoints as well as to conduct war game military raids on local terrorist base camps. The unmistakable conclusion is that our enemies are being trained to interact with the American public and to participate in policing activities on American soil. Are you baffled? Well, so was I, until I realized that the Russian troops are only the enemy of our military and US citizens, not the enemy of the banksters who run the government!
Shouldn’t the presence of Russian troops on American soil be considered an act of war? Why then would Russian troops be given access to one of our most important and secure military bases in the country? Why then are Russian troops being allowed to view how our military will meet a crisis not to mention the fact that we are giving the Russian military access to the inner workings of a key military installation while training on American soil for the first time? Is this is just a significant military intelligence victory for the Russians?
Has the Obama administration lost its mind by revealing our military command and control capabilities in a crisis situation? Or, is this apparent abject stupidity on the part of the Obama administration being carried out with clear intent, precision and purpose to a level which would make Benedict Arnold jealous? Why else would Russian troops be trained to carry out policing activities on American soil in which they will supplant our domestic forces? There are still more dots to connect.
It has been widely reported that Homeland Security has purchased hundreds of bulletproof checkpoint structures along with several hundred million rounds of ammunition typically used in house to house fighting. There can be no other purpose for the procurement of these materials, by Homeland Security, other than to use them in order to subjugate the American civilian population with American military weapons and Homeland Security provided ammunition.
Given the fact that the federal government has enacted unconstitutional detention policies through the NDAA, and it lists American veterans, Libertarians, Ron Paul supporters, and Constitutionalists as domestic terrorists in the Homeland Security’s MIAC Report, it appears that the bankster run federal government and its Russian mercenaries are declaring war on average Americans as America enters into a very draconian state of martial law which will be enforced by foreign soldiers who will not hesitate to fire on American citizens.
We already know that 70% of all US military political donations go to Ron Paul. This fact, alone, places the bulk of the American military at odds with the despots who have taken over the federal government because Ron Paul is an anathema to the banker run government status quo. And when one adds to the fact that it's becoming common knowledge that nearly every Republican primary has been rigged against Ron Paul, should it be surprising that Ron Paul delegates plan to transform the Republican presidential candidate selection process into a brokered convention in which the current political fraud would have to be carried out in the clear light of day.
In this scenario, Ron Paul could win, so long as he would be alive to enjoy the fruits of this strategy. A Ron Paul presidency would spell the end of the Federal Reserve, the IRS and the Wall Street banker bailouts. And of course, there would not be a military industrial complex”cash cow” war with Iran and Syria under a Paul presidency.
Is anyone else's memory is reverting back to the Democratic California Primary held in 1968 in which, to the profound dismay of the establishment of that day, was won by Bobby Kennedy? If Ron Paul were to meet the same fate as Bobby Kennedy, would America likely accept another lone nut gunman assassination theory? Would the subsequent civil disobedience make the 1992 LA riots look tame by comparison?
Would the American military subsequently fire on Americans in the streets in order to restore order? Armed Martial Law Drills On US Streets With Russian Military

On Tuesday, InfoWars posted a report of this ‘event’ and stating that “Guard members previously hunted insurgents in Iraq”. The source of the photograph is reportedly a woman named “Maggie”.
When approaching the troops to take photos, one of them commented, “Just training Ma’am – Joining up with another patrol at the rally point.” Another troop, when asked what he was training for commented, “To be honest ma’am, I don’t know.”

On Tuesday, InfoWars posted a report of this ‘event’ and stating that “Guard members previously hunted insurgents in Iraq”. The source of the photograph is reportedly a woman named “Maggie”.
When approaching the troops to take photos, one of them commented, “Just training Ma’am – Joining up with another patrol at the rally point.” Another troop, when asked what he was training for commented, “To be honest ma’am, I don’t know.”

DHS To Release Bacteria Into Boston Subways To Test On People ~ Like It Or Not!
The Department of Homeland Security has announced their intentions to release bacteria into Boston area subways to “test” their biological sensors, this despite the US governments long history of testing dangerous bio weapons on unsuspecting Americans throughout the country.
The announcement came in a short news report that literally acted as if this is simply an everyday normal occurrence.
“The DHS has installed sensors in the MBTA system to detect biological agents and they’ve been testing to see how the air moves. Now they want to release particles in the tunnels to see how well the sensors work,” reported CBS Boston.
Officials, many with a long history of lying, have claimed that they will be releasing a dead bacteria called B-subtilis which is apparently used in food supplements and has been “rigorously” tested and shown to have no adverse health effects in healthy people.
Rigorously tested by the same agencies who have also approved the use of deadly chemicals on American citizens or the use of the toxic artificial sweetener known as aspartame?
How will this effect unhealthy people who happen to get dosed with DHS approved bacteria?
In an article on Infowars.com, Paul Joseph Watson documented the stupidity of actually believing that any bacteria any government agency releases is safe.
“During a Senate hearing in 1977, it was revealed that the Pentagon had conducted numerous secret germ “attacks” on cities without public knowledge in an effort to test the threat posed by biological agents. These tests “may have caused outbreaks of disease which occurred in some of the test areas,” writes Leonard A. Cole, citing the Senate inquiry.
Since the 1940′s, the military and the CIA have conducted numerous “tests” on the American people, including the release of dengue fever carrying mosquitoes in Georgia and Florida, biological warfare tests on the civilian population in Puerto Rico, the release of bacillus globigii from a submarine on the port of Oahu, Hawaii, and dozens of other incidents, most of them classified.
The history of U.S. government and military experimentation on American citizens and the innumerable deaths and illnesses that occurred as a result underscore the fact that trusting the Department of Homeland Security, which has proven itself to be one of the most corrupt and secretive federal agencies in existence, to carry out such tests in public, no matter how “safe” the DHS claims them to be, is the height of stupidity.”
Let us hope an agency that is part of a government that has pathologically lied in regards to testing of all sorts of deadly weapons are somehow going against history and telling the truth as to what they are actually releasing.

Public Has Right To Know About Continuing Fukushima Disaster
An earthquake centered 43 miles off the coast of Japan last March triggered a tsunami that reached heights of more than 130 feet. The Japanese coastal cities and towns were destroyed when the wave washed up to six miles inland on March 11.
The widespread destruction in Japan from the tidal wave, as well as the initial destruction of the earthquake, was well documented by the television, print and radio, aka “legacy,” aka “old” media. Last week, several of the same outlets and many of the newer legacy media channels reported the story of the Japanese teenager’s soccer ball washing ashore in Alaska.
I have done my best over the course of my time here with the Collegian to illustrate how useless the mainstream media has become as a source of news. They have become parodies of themselves and sensationalism, human interest, breaking news and lazy journalism are their calling cards.
This is proven in their coverage of the soccer ball story and initial damage of the disaster. What they have utterly failed to appropriately report is the ongoing situation caused by the earthquake at the Fukushima nuclear facility.
As a Ron Paul supporter, the media’s failure to inform the public on the facts of news is hardly a surprise. The man has been winning delegates under the radar for a month, but you would only know this if you went outside the legacy media to see for yourself; but I digress.
Ironically, just a few days ago, April 26 in fact, marked the 26th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. Having read an insider’s account of the disaster, I can tell you most of what caused the meltdown was incompetence and arrogance.
The Soviets were entrenched in a system of promoting party loyalism rather than technical expertise and job performance, so when the powers-that-were decided to build a nuclear power facility, they put the wrong people in charge and unleashed a ticking nuclear bomb within their own borders.
Inept supervisors made a chain of bad decisions when a fire broke out at the facility that ultimately led to a level 7 event on the International Nuclear Event Scale –– one of two in history –– that resulted in widespread contamination of the atmosphere that spread over the Western USSR and much of Europe.
I remember reading a Reader’s Digest story a year or two after the event detailing the deaths of several emergency responders who not only voluntarily put themselves in harm’s way to attempt to contain the destruction, but did so knowing they were exposed to levels of radiation far in excess of known-to-be fatally toxic levels.
Fukushima is worse and the legacy media have failed to inform the world public of the potential disaster still-looming. The earthquake destroyed two reactor cooling facilities.
Pictures of one of the cooling pools shows the crane used to move nuclear material from the reactor to the pool has fallen into the water, preventing any access to the approximately 90 tons of nuclear fuel rods kept within just reactor No. 3.
Reactor No. 4, which no longer has any water cooling the material, contains approximately 135 tons of fresh fuel that’s accelerating toward catastrophic meltdown.
The total amount of material including unused fuel and nuclear waste is upwards of 4,277 tons of nuclear material at Fukushima, or 20 times the material in Chernobyl when it went decidedly Hindenburg.
Regardless of the media’s desire to generate ratings, they’ve shown a remarkable acumen for not comprehending unintended consequences. Their coverage of the Trayvon Martin situation and Rodney King’s attacker’s trial inflamed tenuous situations.
In the case of Fukushima, this situation could literally destroy all life on Earth, and yet a Google News search turns up one story by CBS on the radioactivity in nearby towns rendering them uninhabitable for the next decade, while literally every other source covering the situation is new media.
Once it became known radiation was spreading from the facility, the Japanese government repeatedly increased the levels at which human health is at risk as if radiation poisoning is determined by arbitrary guidelines. Radiation has been detected over the west coast of the U.S. How much have you heard?

US Released Massive Amounts Of Nuke Radiation 1958-1984
Like a dark family secret long suspected but never confirmed, the shock of discovery is all the more lurid for coming into the light years later. So it is with the news of radioactive material released into the air -- at levels higher than any seen in the nation -- at closed nuclear fuels plants in Armstrong County.
Incredulity feeds the first reaction: Surely this could not have happened. But apparently it did, according to good authority.
That would be Joseph P. Ring, a Harvard University radiation safety officer who teaches at Harvard and the University of Massachusetts. He wrote a 37-page report that was filed Tuesday as part of federal lawsuits brought against plant operators Babcock & Wilcox Co. and Atlantic Richfield Co. by about 90 cancer victims.
The plants operated in Apollo and Parks Township from 1958 through 1984. Mr. Ring found "numerous large-scale releases of ionizing radiation into the neighboring environment" during the operating lives of the plants. The emissions added up to "the largest quantity ... of any nuclear facility in the United States."
But putting dirty plants in neighborhoods -- something that should never have been done, Mr. King wrote -- was only one part of the equation. Worse yet, he cited internal documents that said the operators knew of the problems that began with faulty construction but never did enough to stop them.
These revelations are not news to those who live near the plants -- after all, they are the basis of the allegations in the lawsuits. Patricia Ameno, a plaintiff in a previous round of litigation, told Post-Gazette reporter Rich Lord that, due to health problems, "A lot of people have lost not only their entire savings but their homes." Families have been torn apart by illnesses and deaths, she said.
The lawsuits, brought by plant workers and neighbors in 2010, are before U.S. District Court Chief Judge Gary L. Lancaster, who will have the ultimate say on Mr. Ring's report and other expert opinions filed. But on the face of it, what happened at the old plant sites seems an outrage.
While the Apollo site has since been cleaned up, a lesson can be drawn. The nuclear industry -- which this newspaper has long supported -- doesn't lack for regulation, and indeed the Atomic Energy Commission and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission sometimes cited the facilities over the years. But apparently not enough.
That raises a larger point: We live at a time when conservative politicians are strongly pushing the idea that prosperity will come when free enterprise is allowed to operate unfettered by regulations -- as if the natural laws of human behavior have been repealed. To see how that might work out, a person need only go to Armstrong County and ask the people who live there.

Fukushima Hipsters Make Monitoring Radiation Cool Hot
It's been more than a year since the Japanese tusnami caused a meltdown at the Fukushima nuclear plant and the clean-up continues. But a bit of background radiation has not stopped a crew of Japanese hipsters from doing their hip business in the area. They've formed the "Gamma Watch Squadron," the world's coolest nuclear watchdogs.
For months, the Gamma Watch Squad has been taking geiger counter readings around Fukushima and posting the results to Instagram, complete with faux-vintage filters. The leader of the crew appears to be Japanese rapper Deli, a member of the hip hop group Nitro Microphone Underground. I first found the Gamma Watch Squad's work on the blog Fukushima-Diary, which aims to expose what its proprietor says is a "media blackout" of still-dangerous conditions around Fukushima.
In between snowboard sessions and rapping in Youtube video, Deli and his friends take readings and pose in hazmat suits while documenting elevated radiation levels around kids playing barefoot in a stream.
You can check out Deli's web gallery and Instagram feed. They'll be at it for a while, since radiation from Fukushima will hang around for 10 years, (who believes THAT lie? Try thousands of years!) according to reports. Even in the darkest moments, hip finds a way.
Fukushima Radioactive Ocean Contamination On Steroids
I wish everything I am reporting on were not true, or at least were less true than it appears. It does seem that Japan is in the process of contaminating the entire Pacific Ocean via continued uncontrolled releases of radioactivity at Fukushima.
After low-balling initial estimates of radiation releases, the Japanese authorities now acknowledge that substantial amounts of radioactive material leaked from the crippled Fukushima Dai-Ichi reactors.[1]
The nuclear disaster in Japan has released radioactive isotopes that have poisoned the country’s soil, food, and water.
The fallout is being rapidly taken up by living things and passed up the food chain with airborne radioactive isotopes reaching around the world but especially in the northern hemisphere where most of the radioactive particles will settle.
Most Americans have no idea what is happening. But within days of the accident at Fukushima radioactive contaminants were detected at monitoring stations in the Pacific Coast states.
Nearly 1% of the “hot” sulfur released from the plant is estimated to have traversed the Pacific to reach southern California beaches.[2]
I don’t think anyone was really ever that happy about nuclear power and nuclear weapons but a lot of money and power were concentrated in the nuclear industry.
Many of these people are riding around in limos today very happy with their luxurious lifestyle as the planet quickly becomes more contaminated.
Private companies are abandoning ship from the nuclear industry because the nuclear news is bad no matter how you look at it. And worse, others still in are headed for bad financial doom.
According to a recent article in the New York Times, the operators of 20 U.S. nuclear reactors—including some with licenses that expire soon—do not have sufficient funding for prompt dismantling.

The fallout is being rapidly taken up by living things and passed up the food chain with airborne radioactive isotopes reaching around the world but especially in the northern hemisphere where most of the radioactive particles will settle.
Most Americans have no idea what is happening. But within days of the accident at Fukushima radioactive contaminants were detected at monitoring stations in the Pacific Coast states.
Nearly 1% of the “hot” sulfur released from the plant is estimated to have traversed the Pacific to reach southern California beaches.[2]
I don’t think anyone was really ever that happy about nuclear power and nuclear weapons but a lot of money and power were concentrated in the nuclear industry.
Many of these people are riding around in limos today very happy with their luxurious lifestyle as the planet quickly becomes more contaminated.
Private companies are abandoning ship from the nuclear industry because the nuclear news is bad no matter how you look at it. And worse, others still in are headed for bad financial doom.

On this day, ex-Monsanto lawyer Michael Taylor (the current FDA Deputy Commissioner for Foods) declared that genetically modified food was “substantially equivalent” to naturally grown food, and therefore should not be subject to any additional regulations.

California’s labeling campaign will be a turning point in the battle against genetically engineered foods: if California requires labeling, it will be difficult for most manufacturers to create separate labels for their products sold in other states, which will be a great boon. But many food products are not sold nationally, so the battle needs to spread to other states as well.
Monsanto and their biotech allies have always been opposed to the labeling of their products, particularly the genetically engineered hormone rBGH that forces cows to artificially increase milk production by 10 to 15 percent; they use lawsuits and the threat of lawsuits to get their way. And it’s all because they’re scared. You may recall that in 1994, a Monsanto employee was quoted as saying, “If you put a label on genetically engineered food, you might as well put a skull and crossbones on it.” People don’t want to consume GMOs, and they want to know what they’re eating.
The pro-GMO camp—the Coalition Against Costly Food Labeling—has already started their attack. Coalition spokesperson Kathy Fairbanks stated in a recent interview that the California legislation isn’t about the “right to know” but rather the “right to sue,” and claims it creates new opportunities for lawyers to file lawsuits without even “proof of violation.” This is a blatant untruth. The proposition outlines clear and specific requirements for labeling, and companies would be liable only if they were in violation—which means lawyers would need proof of the violation first. The bill has protections so that those who are in compliance never need to fear nuisance lawsuits.
Fairbanks also claims the bill will give rise to “bounty hunter lawsuits.” But there is no “bounty” built into the bill for plaintiffs who sue; there are only normal attorneys’ fees.
In the interview, Fairbanks makes the huge assumption that GMO is safe—even though most safety studies for GE foods have been conducted by industry (so they are hardly unbiased), and we have documented the many safety concerns scientists have about genetically engineered foods—sterilization in rats, potential allergenic effects, etc.
She conflates the gene splicing that happens in a lab with the sort of genetic modification that happens through hybrid planting techniques. These two techniques are wildly different, as our ANH-Europe colleagues point out:
Plant breeding works within the laws of nature. Nature doesn’t allow you to incorporate DNA from an unrelated species into a crop plant. It doesn’t, for example, allow you to put spider genes into maize plants. It also has a very specific rule system for allowing recombination of DNA between related species. It is therefore a gradual process and does not involve the forced introduction of foreign DNA, antibiotic marker genes and naked cauliflower mosaic virus into its native DNA.
Finally, she states that this measure “goes much further and is more extreme than any other [GE labeling ]requirement in the world.” This is patently absurd, as many countries have banned GE altogether—which the ballot initiative doesn’t even request.
Some fear that if you don’t label your product as containing GMOs and it turns out it has a trace of GMO that you didn’t know about, that they’ll be liable. However, that is not a concern: the proposition provides an exemption for companies that unknowingly used GE seed or food in their food product. A sworn statement from the company’s supplier that the ingredient or seed used was GE-free is enough to absolve the company from liability.
This provision also defeats the argument that foods will need to be tested to make sure it doesn’t contain GMOs, and that will be costly. In fact, the proposition doesn’t require food manufacturers to test anything. They can obtain a statement from the raw product manufacturer stating the food wasn’t raised with GMO, and that alone is sufficient—it protects them from need to label, it protects them from lawsuits, and it costs nothing.

The point is, all of these complaints are merely attempts to throw shadow on the fact that polls consistently show that more than 90% of the public want to know if their food was produced using genetic engineering. It is our right to know what we are feeding our children. Period.

California’s labeling campaign will be a turning point in the battle against genetically engineered foods: if California requires labeling, it will be difficult for most manufacturers to create separate labels for their products sold in other states, which will be a great boon. But many food products are not sold nationally, so the battle needs to spread to other states as well.
Monsanto and their biotech allies have always been opposed to the labeling of their products, particularly the genetically engineered hormone rBGH that forces cows to artificially increase milk production by 10 to 15 percent; they use lawsuits and the threat of lawsuits to get their way. And it’s all because they’re scared. You may recall that in 1994, a Monsanto employee was quoted as saying, “If you put a label on genetically engineered food, you might as well put a skull and crossbones on it.” People don’t want to consume GMOs, and they want to know what they’re eating.
The pro-GMO camp—the Coalition Against Costly Food Labeling—has already started their attack. Coalition spokesperson Kathy Fairbanks stated in a recent interview that the California legislation isn’t about the “right to know” but rather the “right to sue,” and claims it creates new opportunities for lawyers to file lawsuits without even “proof of violation.” This is a blatant untruth. The proposition outlines clear and specific requirements for labeling, and companies would be liable only if they were in violation—which means lawyers would need proof of the violation first. The bill has protections so that those who are in compliance never need to fear nuisance lawsuits.
Fairbanks also claims the bill will give rise to “bounty hunter lawsuits.” But there is no “bounty” built into the bill for plaintiffs who sue; there are only normal attorneys’ fees.
In the interview, Fairbanks makes the huge assumption that GMO is safe—even though most safety studies for GE foods have been conducted by industry (so they are hardly unbiased), and we have documented the many safety concerns scientists have about genetically engineered foods—sterilization in rats, potential allergenic effects, etc.
She conflates the gene splicing that happens in a lab with the sort of genetic modification that happens through hybrid planting techniques. These two techniques are wildly different, as our ANH-Europe colleagues point out:
Plant breeding works within the laws of nature. Nature doesn’t allow you to incorporate DNA from an unrelated species into a crop plant. It doesn’t, for example, allow you to put spider genes into maize plants. It also has a very specific rule system for allowing recombination of DNA between related species. It is therefore a gradual process and does not involve the forced introduction of foreign DNA, antibiotic marker genes and naked cauliflower mosaic virus into its native DNA.
Finally, she states that this measure “goes much further and is more extreme than any other [GE labeling ]requirement in the world.” This is patently absurd, as many countries have banned GE altogether—which the ballot initiative doesn’t even request.
Some fear that if you don’t label your product as containing GMOs and it turns out it has a trace of GMO that you didn’t know about, that they’ll be liable. However, that is not a concern: the proposition provides an exemption for companies that unknowingly used GE seed or food in their food product. A sworn statement from the company’s supplier that the ingredient or seed used was GE-free is enough to absolve the company from liability.
This provision also defeats the argument that foods will need to be tested to make sure it doesn’t contain GMOs, and that will be costly. In fact, the proposition doesn’t require food manufacturers to test anything. They can obtain a statement from the raw product manufacturer stating the food wasn’t raised with GMO, and that alone is sufficient—it protects them from need to label, it protects them from lawsuits, and it costs nothing.

The Regime is working hard to make life easier for Americans. All they ask for is a little bit of unconditional compliance, but these pesky dissident Patriots keep throwing a wrench in the plans. It is vital that you do not cause difficulty for the Regime – they are only trying to do what’s best for you. Resistance is just plain rude.
This simple guide can assist you in avoiding a life of crime, punishable by indefinite detainment in the Gulag. The Regime is diligently searching for terrorists and you want to be above suspicion. (Really – you do, because suspicion is all that is necessary for punishment and confinement these days.)
1.) Never protest, peacefully or otherwise. The Federally Restricted Building and Grounds Improvement Act was put into place in order to protect our fearless leaders from actions that might publicly embarrass them. Governing is a difficult job, and they don’t need the likes of you cluttering the steps of the Capitol with your signs. It makes them feel badly.
2.) Don’t say mean things about the Regime on the internet. It’s not only hurtful, it’s illegal. Furthermore, due to CISPA, your internet providers and social networking sites now have a civic duty to snoop through you emails, status updates and forum posts, and then turn you in. And while we’re on this topic, using technology to shield your IP address is childish and only makes you look suspicious. If you don’t have anything to hide, then what are you so worried about?
3.) Never pay cash. It’s a clear sign of dissident behaviour. It’s very inconvenient for the Regime to track your spending if you don’t pay with a credit card or debit card. How are they supposed to know who just bought more ammo or 100 pounds of rice if you pay cash for it? Furthermore, you are cheating the big banks out of their fees and interest rates, which is very inconsiderate.
4.) Drink your fluoridated water. The Regime is fluoridating the water for your own good. The Regime wants you to have nice teeth. You might have brain damage, cancer or thyroid issues, but your teeth will be rinsed with fluoride with every sip you take. Demanding that your municipalities stop adding fluoride to the local water supplies is very ungrateful.
5.) Allow the teachers to teach. Teaching your kids at home is unnecessary and can cause a lot of problems for your child. A child who is a critical thinker is anathema among his or her peers. A child educated to do so is willful and disobedient, often rebelling when authority figures want to pat them down or handcuff them. Children need to learn to follow instructions without hesitation, and if benefits no one if you teach them to question authority. If a child needs to think for herself, the Regime will instruct her to do so. It is not a parent’s job to empower a child or attempt to influence him with regard to moral issues. The Regime has that covered.
6.) Don’t learn self defense techniques. Self defense classes, practicing at a firing range and hand-to-hand combat training are an insult to the Regime. The Regime will protect you. You simply don’t need to take things this far. If you want exercise, take up tennis.
7.) Do not videotape or otherwise record law enforcement officers or TSA employees. It’s just plain offensive to act as though these agents of the Regime would do anything that requires documentation. Sure, sometimes they get a little wound up and beat the daylights out of innocent people, but keep in mind, they are under a lot of pressure to stamp out domestic terrorism. And it isn’t going to kill you to get groped – it’s the price you have to pay for flying. If you just stand there quietly with your eyes downcast, the molestation will be over much more quickly.
8.) Eat your GMO, Big Agri fruits and vegetables. These foods have been specially formulated just for us. Sure, they contain only nominal nutrients in comparison to organically grown produce, but it’s just an insult to try to grow your own because you think it’s “better”. The FDA has worked hand in hand with Monsanto to provide you with a nutritionless abundance – the least you could do is eat it without complaint. Furthermore, taking vitamins to make up for the lack of nutrition is just a slap in the face to poor Big Agri, and really messes up the plan to keep us weak, lethargic and malnourished.
9.) Take your medication. The FDA and Big Pharma work hard to keep you medicated and calm. There are many benefits to today’s medications. First of all, a lifelong dependence on these medications allows a constant stream of income for Big Pharma. Secondly, psychiatric medications in particular calm your thinking, leaving you content to watch Dancing with the Stars instead of searching those horrible thought-provoking alternative news sites that brazenly criticize the Regime. For those of you who insist on taking herbal remedies instead of chemical medication, well, shame on you! Don’t you realize that you are taking money out of the pockets of the wealthy owners of pharmaceutical companies? You need to stop being so self-centered and consider others. Take your pills!

Cspan Documentary Winning Video Reveals US Concentration Camps Ready & Waiting For You
This is a moving documentary that won CSPAN’s 2012 Student Documentary Competition in which 9th student Matthew Shimura from Punahou School in Honolulu, HI detailed the plight of his grandfather and other Japanese citizens during World War II when the US government decided to suspend the constitutional rights of US citizens and declared Japanese Americans as C4 “enemy aliens” without due process.
While many don’t know it, it was not only Japanese citizens that were rounded up by the United States. Instead of hundreds of thousands of US citizens including Germans, Italians and political dissidents were also rounded up and hauled off to the concentration camps.
Matthew warns that Americans need to fully understand the gravity of these events which are still clouded in mystery so we can be better prepared and possible try to prevent the government from even again deciding to suspend the inalienable rights the constitution is SUPPOSED to guarantee to us.
Perhaps even more spine-tingling is recollections from Hawaii Senator Daniel Inouye’s who recalls how he was serving in the US military during the war and did not even have any knowledge that Americans were being rounded up into concentration camps because the news was censored by the US government.
He explains how the government literally had entire sections and articles in newspapers literally blacked out.
Make no mistake about it, the modern-day US government is already very far along the same path that the WWII government traveled.

Tons Of Fukushima Tsunami Debris Washing Up On Miles Of Alaskan Beaches
Tons of debris suspected to have washed into the Pacific Ocean during the March 2011 Japan tsunami, are showing up on Alaska’s coastline.
On Kayak Island, roughly 60 miles southeast of Cordova, hundreds of buoys, thousands of bottles, countless fuel cans, shoes, chunks of building insulation, and other household items litter the beach for miles.
It’s even worse on Montague Island, according to Chris Pallister, president of Gulf of Alaska Keeper, a non-profit group which cleans up beaches each spring and summer.
“It’s a staggering mess,” he said during a visit to Kayak Island last Friday, “the magnitude of this is just hard to comprehend and I’ve been looking at this stuff a long time.”
Junk has been washing ashore on Kayak Island for as long as anyone can remember. The coastline there is the final resting place for a lot of buoys, nets, and trash which are cast overboard in the Pacific Ocean each year.
But this spring the debris field is different, say people who know the area well.
“We’re definitely seeing a lot of new stuff that wasn’t here in the past,” said Mike Collins, a pilot who lives in Cordova and has been visiting nearby beaches almost his entire life.
For example, chunks of pink and blue insulation, which appear to be from buildings, are everywhere on Kayak Island. Also, white and black floats the size of oil barrels are showing up.
“There are literally hundreds of these things,” said Collins, holding one up.
Much of the debris has Japanese writing on it. The items are generally clean, not covered in algae or barnacles, and are not buried in the sand.
“The first time that I noticed it was when I came back up the coast from Sitka, which would’ve been probably 3 weeks ago,” said Collins.
Peter Murphy, Alaska coordinator for NOAA's Marine Debris Monitoring Program, said that the agency is receiving an increased number of reports of debris on Kayak Island and Montague Island.
He said that while they have not been able to confirm specific objects are from the Japan tsunami, "certainly the unusual quantity is a clue."
NOAA, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation flew to Montague Island on Saturday to document the large amount of debris, Murphy said.
According to NOAA, several variables affect when and where Japanese tsunami debris will make landfall in North America.
Winds and ocean currents are constantly changing, making it difficult to come up with a reliable forecast.
But according to NOAA’s Marine Debris Monitoring Program, “some buoyant items may have reached the Pacific Northwest coast during winter 2011-2012.”
Earlier this month, the U.S. Coast Guard sank an abandoned Japanese fishing boat, which was floating toward Alaska's coast.
The vessel was believed to have been set adrift by the tsunami.
A KTUU reporter visited the beach on Kayak Island last Friday with a personal radiation monitor, which picked up very low, routine, background levels of radiation. The levels were not harmful and were no different from levels detected in Anchorage.
Several plastic containers contained gasoline and other unknown substances. Bottles of toilet bowl cleaner, detergents and a variety of other household products were also spotted on the beach.
"We could pick this up in a summer but it would be an all summer effort," said Pallister.

“It’s a staggering mess,” he said during a visit to Kayak Island last Friday, “the magnitude of this is just hard to comprehend and I’ve been looking at this stuff a long time.”
Junk has been washing ashore on Kayak Island for as long as anyone can remember. The coastline there is the final resting place for a lot of buoys, nets, and trash which are cast overboard in the Pacific Ocean each year.
But this spring the debris field is different, say people who know the area well.
“We’re definitely seeing a lot of new stuff that wasn’t here in the past,” said Mike Collins, a pilot who lives in Cordova and has been visiting nearby beaches almost his entire life.
For example, chunks of pink and blue insulation, which appear to be from buildings, are everywhere on Kayak Island. Also, white and black floats the size of oil barrels are showing up.
“There are literally hundreds of these things,” said Collins, holding one up.
Much of the debris has Japanese writing on it. The items are generally clean, not covered in algae or barnacles, and are not buried in the sand.
“The first time that I noticed it was when I came back up the coast from Sitka, which would’ve been probably 3 weeks ago,” said Collins.
Peter Murphy, Alaska coordinator for NOAA's Marine Debris Monitoring Program, said that the agency is receiving an increased number of reports of debris on Kayak Island and Montague Island.
He said that while they have not been able to confirm specific objects are from the Japan tsunami, "certainly the unusual quantity is a clue."
NOAA, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation flew to Montague Island on Saturday to document the large amount of debris, Murphy said.
According to NOAA, several variables affect when and where Japanese tsunami debris will make landfall in North America.
Winds and ocean currents are constantly changing, making it difficult to come up with a reliable forecast.
But according to NOAA’s Marine Debris Monitoring Program, “some buoyant items may have reached the Pacific Northwest coast during winter 2011-2012.”
Earlier this month, the U.S. Coast Guard sank an abandoned Japanese fishing boat, which was floating toward Alaska's coast.
The vessel was believed to have been set adrift by the tsunami.
A KTUU reporter visited the beach on Kayak Island last Friday with a personal radiation monitor, which picked up very low, routine, background levels of radiation. The levels were not harmful and were no different from levels detected in Anchorage.
Several plastic containers contained gasoline and other unknown substances. Bottles of toilet bowl cleaner, detergents and a variety of other household products were also spotted on the beach.
"We could pick this up in a summer but it would be an all summer effort," said Pallister.

10 Common GMO Foods On Your Plate
There is a conspiracy of selling out happening in America. Politics and personal interest it would seem determine government policies over and above health and safety issues. When President Obama appointed Michael Taylor in 2009 as senior adviser for the FDA, a fierce protest ensued from consumer groups and environmentalists. Why? Taylor used to be vice president for Monsanto, a multinational interested in marketing genetically modified (GM) food. It was during his term that GMO's were approved in the US without undergoing tests to determine if they were safe for human consumption.
The danger of GMO's
The question of whether or not genetically modified foods (GMO's) are safe for human consumption is an ongoing debate that does not seem to see any resolution except in the arena of public opinion. Due to lack of labeling, Americans are still left at a loss as to whether or not what is on the table is genetically modified. This lack of information makes the avoiding and tracking of GM foods an exercise in futility. Below are just some of the food products popularly identified to be genetically modified:
1. Corn - Corn has been modified to create its own insecticide. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has declared that tons of genetically modified corn has been introduced for human consumption. Monsanto has revealed that half of the US's sweet corn farms are planted with genetically modified seed. Mice fed with GM corn were discovered to have smaller offspring and fertility problems.
2. Soy - Soy has also been genetically modified to resist herbicides. Soy products include soy flour, tofu, soy beverages, soybean oil and other products that may include pastries, baked products and edible oil. Hamsters fed with GM soy were unable to have offspring and suffered a high mortality rate.
3. Cotton - Like corn and soy, cotton has been designed to resist pesticides. It is considered food because its oil can be consumed. Its introduction in Chinese agriculture has produced a chemical that kills cotton bollworm, reducing the incidences of pests not only in cotton crops but also in neighboring fields of soybeans and corn. Incidentally, thousands of Indian farmers suffered severe rashes upon exposure to BT cotton.
4. Papaya - The virus-resistant variety of papaya was commercially introduced in Hawaii in 1999. Transgenic papayas comprised three-fourths of the total Hawaiian papaya crop. Monsanto bestowed upon Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore technology for developing papaya resistant to the ringspot virus in India.
5. Rice - This staple food from South East Asia has now been genetically modified to contain a high amount of vitamin A. Allegedly, there are reports of rice varieties containing human genes to be grown in the US. The rice will create human proteins useful for dealing with infant diarrhea in the 3rd world. China Daily, an online journal, reported potential serious public health and environment problems with genetically modified rice considering its tendency to cause allergic reactions with the concurrent possibility of gene transfers.
6. Tomatoes - Tomatoes have now been genetically engineered for longer shelf life, preventing them from easily rotting and degrading. In a test conducted to determine the safety of GM tomatoes, some animal subjects died within a few weeks after consuming GM tomatoes.
7. Rapeseed - In Canada, this crop was renamed canola to differentiate it from non-edible rapeseed. Food stuff produced from rapeseed includes rapeseed oi (canola oil) l used to process cooking oil and margarine. Honey can also be produced from GM rapeseed. German food surveillance authorities discovered as much as a third of the total pollen present in Canadian honey may be from GM pollen. In fact, some honey products from Canada were also discovered to have pollen from GM rapeseed.
8. Dairy products - It has been discovered that 22 percent of cows in the U.S. were injected with recombinant (genetically modified) bovine growth hormone (rbGH). This Monsanto created hormone artificially forces cows to increase their milk production by 15 percent. Milk from cows treated with this milk inducing hormone contains increased levels of IGF-1 (insulin growth factors-1). Humans also have IGF-1 in their system. Scientists have expressed concerns that increased levels of IGF-1 in humans have been associated with colon and breast cancer.
9. Potatoes - Mice fed with potatoes engineered with Bacillus thuringiensis var. Kurstaki Cry 1 were found to have toxins in their system. Despite claims to the contrary, this shows that Cry1 toxin was stable in the mouse gut. When the health risks were revealed, it sparked a debate.
10. Peas - Peas that have been genetically modified have been found to cause immune responses in mice and possibly even in humans. A gene from kidney beans was inserted into the peas creating a protein that functions as a pesticide.

When a research study was conducted on fiber samples taken from Morgellons patients, it was discovered that the fiber samples of all the patients looked remarkable similar. And yet, it did not seem to match any common environmental fiber. When the fiber was broken down, and it's DNA extracted, it was discovered to belong to a fungus. Even more surprising was the finding that the fibers contained Agrobacterium, a genus gram-negative bacteria with the capacity of transforming plant, animal and even human cells.
Morgellon's disease is not the only condition associated with genetically modified foods. A growing body of evidence has shown that it may cause allergies, immune reactions, liver problems, sterility and even death. Moreover, based on the only human feeding experiment conducted on genetically modified food, it was established that genetic material in genetically modified food product can transfer into the DNA of intestinal bacteria and still continue to thrive.
Heeding the warning
Time and again, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) has warned that GMOs pose a serious threat to health, and it is no accident that there can be a correlation between it and adverse health effects. In fact, the AAEM has advised doctors to tell their patients to avoid GMOs as the introduction of GMOs into the current food supply has correlated with an alarming rise in chronic diseases and food allergies.
This should come as no surprise. More than 30 years ago a food supplement called L-trytophan killed 100 people and affected 5,000 to 10,000 more. The cause was narrowed down to the genetic engineering process used in its production. If the symptoms had not had three simultaneous characteristics - namely, they were unique, acute and fast-acting - the disease could never have been identified.
If science could assure us with certainty that serious consequences do not wait for us at the end of the line, it might be to our best interest to let this opportunity pass. Progressive thinking in terms of profit is certainly not wrong. But to brush off precaution on the convenient argument that there is not enough evidence to prove that GM food is indeed harmful is sheer irresponsibility. It certainly is a lame excuse to offer in the event that GM foods are indeed proven to contain health hazards.
