Start a lifelong conversation about diet, disease, and health with 'Forks Over Knives,' featuring leading experts on health. 'Forks Over Knives" will prompt you to examine the questions: Despite having the most advanced medical technology in the world, why don’t we know and why aren't we healthier?"
This is an amazing film that reveals the real cause of degenerative disease in America, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's and more.
This film also shows why pasteurized milk is so bad for you. Unfortunately, the film doesn't really get into the benefits of raw milk, raw eggs and a limited amount of other clean animal-based foods, but it's a great overview of the benefits of eliminating processed animal products from your diet.
My personal belief is that free-range, truly natural animal products can be beneficial to your health when consumed in limited quantities (like raw butter, raw milk and even some warm winter soup made with soup bones), but I also know full well that processed, pasteurized animal foods are dangerous for your health.
That's why I won't touch meats made with hormones and antibiotics. When I eat animal products (such as fresh eggs from my chickens), I make absolutely sure they are better than organic and are as natural and wholesome as they can possibly be.
But pursuing a plant-based diet can truly work miracles for people suffering from chronic degenerative disease, and this film brings home that message in a powerful, provocative way.
If you know anyone with heart disease, blocked arteries, diabetes or cancer, they need to see this film.
NOTE: The video trailer is excellent and will give you an idea what the video is about. We're not selling the video, but feel it's well worth buying. We also agree with the concept and include that only organic plant based foods should be eaten.
We also eat steroid free, antibiotic free, hormone free, free range beef, bison and chicken, plus own own free range eggs and RAW goat milk.
Look around at Americans we are truly an unhealthy nation, bound in billions of excess poundage and sucking up daily pharmaceuticals.
